This is hands down the best office chair I’ve ever had. At first I was going to just bite the bullet and go for one of the hundreds of gaming chairs that are out there, most with iffy reviews and none really standing out as being high quality, but I’m so glad I didn’t and found this chair instead. It’s so luxurious and incredibly comfortable for the price it is. I got the Mesh Dark Blue color and it’s so regal and fancy looking, I’ve got many compliments on it. The white outline really makes it pop and makes it really unique. It’s definitely a big, sturdy chair compared to most but I like putting my feet/legs up in chairs so I really like that it’s a bit oversized for me (5’5) so I can sit in many positions. It’s also a very heavy chair to move but still easy to roll. Like other people have said, when sitting down it feels more like a super comfy recliner than an office chair, so I actually look forward to going to work just to be able to sit in my comfy chair! The arm rests are pretty adjustable and very well padded. My last chair (in the background of the attached pictures) had very hard, flat arm rests that made my elbows hurt everyday from leaning on them, and now they never hurt with how squishy these are! This chair doesn’t have an actual head rest, however, just lean back a couple inches and you’re in the danger zone of falling asleep because it’s so comfy. The back padding of the chair doesn’t look like it would be very soft because of the mesh, but just barely poking a single finger into it makes it squish, so it’s really comfortable. The embossed pattern on the back also adds to the luxuriousness of the chair, even if it does make me think of a toilet paper pattern. I included a picture of the back of the chair since not many other reviews did. I love the foot rest. After looking through (literally) hundreds of other office chairs with foot rests, I found this one was pretty unique. First, it’s a mesh material to match the chair so there won’t be any peeling ‘leather’ after years of use. Second, the bars seem very sturdy and I feel like I could put a good amount of weight on it and it wouldn’t break. Third, there’s a small, U-shaped indent on the end that I wasn’t really sure why it was designed that way, but after putting my feet up, I realized that my calf/ankle fits perfectly in that little area so maybe it’s to not cut off circulation? Whatever the reason, it’s super comfortable! I did request the extra wheels and shorter hydraulic lift right after purchasing the chair and customer service responded very quickly and they got both things and my chair to arrive at the same time so that was nice. I put on both longer and then shorter hydration lifts and only noticed a few inches difference, as is advertised. I wish the shorter one could be even shorter though since I’m not a very tall person, so as of now I have the chair down as far as it will go. I tried out the rubber wheels at home first on tile and they didn’t move around too precisely (would have to make a wide turn to make a circle) so I decided to keep the original plastic wheels on so it would move easier on a plastic chair mat at work, but it was very nice they gave them away at no extra charge. The Pros - Everything above The Cons - This chair is very easy to fall asleep in due to how comfy and cozy it is. Hopefully I don’t get fired for all the dozing I do now since making this purchase but I’m sure glad I did. If you’ve been looking endlessly through pages and pages of chairs after chairs after chairs and are hellbent on finding that perfect, comfy chair with a foot rest and want the search to finally end so you can go back to enjoying your life, the search ends here because this is the chair you’ve been looking for. So stop and just buy it!!!!!!

God I love this chair. 6'2 and about 250 pounds. My brother has one so I was able to check it out before buying. Totally recommend it. And putting it together was fairly easy. It's super comfortable and feels great on my back.

I've been using this chair almost daily for several months now. It is very comfortable, but two things would make it a 5 star: 1. Make the foot rest longer for tall people. I am 6 ft and it stops just at my ankles, so not as comfortable as it should be if it were longer and could rest my feet properly. 2. The mesh fabric is actually quite abrasive on bare skin, so my elbows sometimes get sore if resting on them for extended periods as it rubs. The mesh also catches hair and dead skin, which is not really ideal and hard to keep clean compared to a smooth fabric.

I’ve been using this office chair daily for about six months, and it’s holding up extremely well. It’s rated to support up to 400 lbs, and while I’m much lighter, that extra capacity makes the chair feel very sturdy and spacious. The seat is wide enough for me to comfortably sit cross-legged, which is a big plus during long workdays. The chair is both tall and well-padded, with excellent support for my neck and back. I’ve struggled with back issues in the past, and this is honestly the first chair I’ve owned that has noticeably helped reduce discomfort. I work from home and typically spend 8–10 hours a day sitting, and this chair remains comfortable throughout the day with only minimal breaks. Overall, it’s a durable, supportive, and very comfortable chair—easily the best one I’ve had.

Been using this chair for about a year now and have had no issues so far. Quite sturdy and easy to use and fits larger people quite well. It doesn't make noise when getting in or out of the chair or when rolling it around. I love the ability to adjust the the height as well as the height and width of the arm rests. Its got a nice sides lumbar support for people who sit back in their chairs. The chair game as advertised after a simple assembly it looks just like the pictures and is quite comfortable for long hours of use daily.

I purchased this chair in March 2024 because I needed a big-and-tall office chair with a wider seat and high back. On paper, it checked all the boxes: ergonomic design, lumbar support, footrest, and an ample weight rating (I weigh 260lb). Initially it seemed like a good value for the roughly $300 price point. However, after extended use, several issues became apparent. First, the durability of some materials was disappointing. The armrests began to degrade relatively quickly, with the outer material wearing down and exposing the underlying material. Eventually, the armrests themselves developed cracked and became floppy. I also found that the screws throughout the chair needed to be tightened regularly, about once a month, to keep it stable. Again, I weigh about 260 pounds, well under the advertised capacity, so I wouldn’t expect that level of ongoing maintenance. Second, the ergonomic support did not hold up for me personally over long periods. Over time I began experiencing significant lower-left back pain which required physical therapy to improve my lifelong healthy back, pre this chair. I eventually replaced it with a Herman-Miller Aeron chair that better supports my back. Obviously, everyone’s body is different, but the ergonomics of this particular design did not work well for me. At this price point, I would expect a chair to last at least 2 years! with consistent structural integrity and support. While the chair may work for some users, my experience was that the durability and long-term ergonomics didn’t meet expectations. If the manufacturer improved the lumbar support, armrest materials, structural hardware, and long-term support design, this could be a much stronger product. I do not like to write such a negative review, in this case, it was necessary.

One of the most comfortable chairs I ever sat on. I used to go through chairs every few years due to the leather ripping and getting worn or broken pistons as I like to rock my chair. I really wanted to find a good comfy non-leather office chair which was hard to come by. I was browsing Amazon bestselling office chair and found this beauty. It met all my requirement of mesh, recliner and oversize fit where I can lounge in it. Installation was straight forward. it took about 30 minutes and the fit and finish was top notch once completed. Chair felt very comfy and supportive while using it daily for 8 hours plus. I am able to recline and lounge if I just want to sit back and chill. I am very satisfied with my purchase as the chair felt solid and robust well worth the premium price. Customer service was great when I reached out to them for shorter piston which allow me to sit lower and smoother gliding wheel. I hope this chair will last compare to my previous chair. Highly recommended!
