I got this chair looking for something like a recliner chair but on wheels its pretty close, everything is as advertised but the only thing I didn't expect was it doesn't lean back like a normal office chair. You lean it where you want it then lock it on place, this chair doesn't rock back and forth which is fine with me but just didn't see when purchasing.

First day out of the box, not bad. I will update after a little more use. But, what I like so far is its comfort, I can easily cross more legs in this chair. No lower back pain which I was dealing with from my old chair. I can sit in it longer than an hour, which I could not do in my old chair. Happy so far!

I have owned my share of office chairs and most of them start punishing my back within a month. This one surprised me. It is genuinely comfortable and supportive, with the kind of sturdy build that makes you forget you are sitting in something that did not cost a fortune. Assembly was straightforward. One small tip that saved me some frustration: attach the arms to the base first, then connect to the back. Doing it in the order the instructions suggest makes the process more fiddly than it needs to be. Once you figure that out, the whole thing comes together quickly with no misaligned holes or forcing pieces into place. The leather has a nice feel to it, nothing cheap or plasticky, and the flip arms are a small detail that makes a big difference when you need to slide closer to your desk. Lumbar support and headrest are both adjustable, and everything moves smoothly without feeling flimsy. Comfort wise, the padding strikes a good balance. Firm enough that you feel supported, soft enough that you do not feel like you are sitting on a plank. I can sit through a full workday without needing to get up and stretch every hour, though if you are planning marathon sessions past a couple hours, tossing a cushion on the seat does not hurt. The cross legged base gives it a sturdy, grounded feel, and given that this is the big and tall version, it comfortably fits a larger frame without feeling like you are squeezing into something built for someone smaller. Overall, this chair punches well above its price point. It looks sharp, holds up to daily use, and offers a level of comfort I did not expect. If you need a chair that can handle a bigger build without compromising on support or style, this one is worth every penny.

It's wide and deep to fit a small dog or cat. Came with a small hole under one of the arm rest. Material is what you paid for. The small pillow for back cushion doen't add comfort at all. Feels like you will tip over and will rip a hole just by sitting on it. They claim to be responsive with good warranty but did not hear anything since I emailed them.

The leather like material the chair is made of feels durable. The seat and back are soft and cushiony, but do feel structured. Both back and seat sections are well padded and have a good thickness. The holes are pre-drilled so it is easy to assemble. There is a section on the back piece of the one I received, the holes to attach the armrest were covered over with the grey material. one side was good, the other was not. It doesn't prevent assembly, it just needed a little more work to assemble it. The instructions are easy to follow along with. They have diagrams and written instructions. The chair parts are packed well and individually wrapped in plastic. They have some cardboard separating the pieces to protect them from getting damaged during transport. I did not need to contact anyone in the after sales department, but they made it very convenient to do so by printing that information on the inner flaps of the box. It doesn't take long to put the chair together, The chair spins freely and rolls smoothly. The arm rest can be lifted for comfort. I gave 4 stars because the product information says it will hold up to 500 lbs, with a discrepancy saying it will hold 400 lbs. I am still not certain which is correct.

I upgraded to the Stella Mia Big and Tall Leather Office Chair with Cross Legged Flip Arms and it’s been a game-changer for my home office. This chair finally gives me the room, support, and flexibility I’ve been missing. Five stars, no hesitation. ### Spacious & Supportive Design The seat is genuinely wide and deep enough for bigger frames or for sitting cross-legged—something most “regular” office chairs simply don’t allow. The high-back leather design offers solid upper and lower back support, and the padded seat stays comfortable even during long work sessions. No more shifting every 20 minutes because the chair feels too narrow or firm. ### Flip-Up Arms = Game Changer The flip-up arms are my favorite feature. Flip them up and you can slide the chair fully under the desk to save space, or sit cross-legged comfortably without the arms getting in the way. When you need support, flip them back down. It’s a simple but incredibly useful design that makes the chair far more versatile than standard fixed-arm models. ### Everyday Comfort & Build The leather (or high-quality leather-look material) feels soft and durable, the padding holds its shape well, and the overall construction feels sturdy. Height adjustment and swivel work smoothly. Assembly was straightforward, and once put together the chair feels solid and stable. ### Who It’s Perfect For - Anyone who prefers sitting cross-legged or changing positions throughout the day - Bigger or taller users who need extra seat width and depth - Home office workers who want a chair that can tuck neatly under the desk - People looking for a supportive high-back leather chair without an outrageous price tag This Stella Mia chair delivers on comfort, space, and practical features. The flip arms and roomy seat make it stand out from typical office chairs. Highly recommended if you want a big-and-tall friendly leather chair that actually lets you sit the way you like.

I switched to a task chair at my desk some time ago because I wanted to be able to push it in. This chair reminded me how much better I like chairs with arm rests, especially upholstered arm rests. It's folding arms allow it to be a more comfortable compromise than a task chair. The gray color is very matte, which is a change of pace from the typical shiny black of many chairs. I don't really care about that one way or the other, but it does help this chair to feel like an even better value at $69.99. I like the width of the seat, especially near the front edge. The task chair I was using at my desk previously was more round at the front, so it didn't provide as much support for my legs. I also like that back of this chair is higher and has sufficient padding along its top edge so I can lean back comfortably. When I lean back all the way, however, I do feel the seat flex. Tightening the knob underneath helped with that a bit, but overall the structure of the seat is not especially rigid. The cushioning of the seat feels like a moderate thickness and density. Assembly is OK. The legs are all metal, which feels nice, but in my experience, plastic legs perform just as well. Each leg is secured with a screw, which adds some time to assembly. The previous two chairs I assembled had legs that simply snapped into place, saving a few minutes. If you're just building one chair, it's not a big difference, but it's definitely worth considering if you're outfitting an entire conference room. It was a little bit tougher than I would expect to align the arms with the seat and the back, and the plugs for the screw holes in the arms are quite tight. I managed to get them all in, but most aren't fully seated. I think I would need to use a mallet for that.

The chair I got is a little bit different from the current version, I guess maybe they changed the design slightly? Nevertheless the chair It was very solid, not tippy, quality metal pieces for the base, moves and swivels easily. I'm not sure if I would describe it as being for big and tall, I would say it's an average sized chair--although there's certainly room for somebody bigger than me and I'm 5'11"/210lb. If you are 6'5/300lb I'm going to guess you would not fit. I like how it's available in a color other than black, the Gray looks nice in my opinion. I think it's a pretty good value for money as it's a solid quality chair for under $200. Assembly is pretty easy and took about 20 or 30 minutes, it is individual parts that have to be screwed together but the instructions are fairly easy and I didn't find it hard to assemble. I like the chair and think it's comfortable it's easy to adjust the right height but then all chairs have gas cylinders The back has enough lumbar support that it's good for my back.
