This Big and Tall Criss Cross Leather Office Chair is honestly a solid choice, especially if you want something that feels sturdy and actually supports your body instead of making you shift around. The high back design hugs your back in a way that feels supportive. The cushioning is thick enough that you don’t feel like you’re sitting on something hard. The armrests and wheels they do their job—and they do it well. The armrests feel comfortable and not awkwardly placed, and the wheels glide pretty smoothly whether you’re at a desk, vanity, or just rolling around. What really stands out is how roomy it feels. If you need a chair that doesn’t make you feel squeezed or restricted, this one gives you that extra space without sacrificing comfort. This chair is high end. It comes with a pillow which supports the lumbar area. Its easily spins and height and reclining are adjustable. It was easy to assemble. The leather like material its made of is soft and smooth.

This BIG AND TALL OFFICE CHAIR will accommodate a wide load. If you have to squeeze to get into a single plane seat when you fly, this chair will make sure that you are very comfortable in the privacy of your own home. It will also accommodate some disabilities, allowing for easy transfer between the chair and a wheelchair. This is accomplished by virtue of two armrests, which both drop down flat, allowing you to slide over onto the chair or out of the chair easily before pulling the armrest back up and into place. It's a thoughtful, nice feature to have that will no doubt make life easier for some people. Even if you don't need accommodation, this chair has a lot to offer everybody. It is extremely comfortable, it has easy flexible adjustability, and it is very, very attractive. Aesthetically, this is something an interior designer would be happy to have. I ordered it in brown, which is a lovely tawny brown color. Now it is easily the nicest-looking item I have in my office. The material is a faux leather, which cleans up nicely with a damp cloth. It is also durable and feels nice to the touch. This chair rolls exceedingly well on any hard surface. It has good structure and supports well, promoting good posture for your neck and back. I have a similar chair in my sewing room that didn't cost quite as much as this. At the current price of $269.99, I think you are definitely paying a little bit more for this chair because of its larger size. If you're a bigger person and comfort is important to you, the price difference is probably negligible. Especially if this is a chair you'll be spending a fair amount of time in. I have no complaints at all about the quality. The assembly was also straightforward and very easy. The directions were good and easy to follow. My husband assembled it in about 30 minutes. Half of that time was just opening and unpacking the box it came in. He's a mechanic, so it was faster for him; it would've taken me a little bit longer. Assembly on this is something that most people would be able to do easily alone, unless you have physical limitations. I'm happy with this chair, and I think if you order it, you will be too.

Large chair that is perfect for cross cross sitters! My wife loves it for her library/sewing station. -typical height adjustable with locking back. -includes a little head pillow that straps to back. -each arm has a sort of gear mechanism that allows you to lay each arm out from a 90 to almost 180 degree position. -has good padding where you want it. Cons: -material is holding up so far but I don’t see it lasting in the long run… -the gear mechanism in the arms is kind of weird, sometimes one of my arms just doesn’t want to click in and lock. I also noticed that the arms never seem to sit parallel to each other, one is almost always closer or farther from you than the other.

Assembly was really straightforward. Everything went together easily without any issues or confusing instructions. I had it put together pretty quickly. The chair is comfortable to sit in for long periods at my desk. I like that it's easy to adjust and move around throughout the day when I want to change positions. The wheels roll smoothly and the chair swivels nicely, so repositioning is no hassle. The lean back feature is great too. It's nice to be able to recline a bit when I need a break or just want to relax for a minute. The fold down arms are a surprisingly useful feature. My small dog loves sitting next to me on them while I work, which is adorable and something I didn't expect to use them for. But it works perfectly for that. The leather quality is decent but not amazing. It's definitely not top tier material, but for the price you're paying, it's totally acceptable. I'm not expecting premium leather at this price point, so I'm fine with it. It looks good and feels comfortable enough. The brown color matches the product pictures accurately, which is always nice. It actually looks pretty fancy and elevates the look of my space. Way better than those typical black office chairs. Overall, it's a solid chair for the price. Comfortable, looks good, and does everything I need it to do.
