I really enjoy this treadmill a lot! It only goes up to 4 mph, but it is a really solid treadmill and is crazy quiet. It is great for walking. I am really surprised at how quiet it is as well. I live in an apartment and I have been using it for months and have gotten no complaints at all. It has wheels on the front which also helps with moving it and storage. The first treadmill that I had received was having issues with the motor overheating. I reached out to the after-sales service and they were super helpful with their insight as to what was causing it and sent me a replacement! The motor isn't overheating at all for the replacement (I check every time) and it's running great. I can't say enough how thankful I am for how they quickly solved my issue. If you are looking for a faster treadmill for running, I wouldn't recommend this treadmill as it only goes up to 4 mph. If you're looking for something just for walking then this is perfect for you. ... show more

UPDATE: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I didn't have a mechanical issue with the treadmill, but I developed some foot problems that caused my doctor to tell me to quit using the treadmill. Since I can't use it, I contacted the company about a return/refund. They worked out an offer for me and I am appreciative. Sicne it's not a mechanical issue they couldn't do a full refund, but I am very satisfied with the customer service. +++++++ I sat at my desk all day and had back and neck pain constantly. I was genuinely concerned I may have to quit my job because I couldn’t do it without pain. I was also gaining weight being so sedentary for hours each day. I bought this treadmill and it has made my work days so much better. The time flies by, I feel so much better and I am optimistic the movement is going to help me lose this weight. Absolutely love this treadmill! It is a little heavy so not easily moved around but it does have wheels to assist. I keep it under my desk all the time. Love that it shows you your steps and mileage/time. Just wish when you turned it off that it would cycle through your stats one last time so I could see them when finish but if I just hop off and look at them then I can note them. ... show more

My treadmill came sooner than expected, but the box was horribly damaged on arrival. Unsurprisingly the treadmill was also quite damaged with many cracks in the plastic, and parts of the screen where dead when turned on so you can't see the full numbers. Customer service was fast to respond and has agreed to refund me without having me try to ship this back which is great because I wouldn't know how. The treadmill did turn on, seems very quiet, but I didn't try walking on it, so I can't speak to how loud that is. It had a slow start up and stop, so nothing abrupt. There are several loud beeps when it's started, but I saw a review noting you could turn them off. Despite all the damage, it's a pretty machine and easy to tip up and wheel across a room. I'm just really disappointed that I'm left with no treadmill. ... show more

This treadmill is something everybody should have if they work sitting all day. I was slowly dying with 220 pounds. Now, three weeks after I got this treadmill I am down 10 pounds and I feel and look a lot better.

I actually really love this thing for how cheap it is compared to others! The only thing for me is no matter how hard I try to tighten the arm bolts at the bottom, they always seem loose so im worried that if I were to try to hold onto the pole to steady myself it wouldn't work. I mean this thing is very lose. I can't trust it to even stay up, which is a bummer if I want to go fast and wear the emergency pull clip to prevent injury. I just put it up to my standing desk and have the edge of it hold the arm up. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is super easy to use and I get so many mindless steps in while I work because of it. It is such a good investment! I have had it for about 6 months now and still use it regularly. You do have to oil it which was new to me but it's pretty simple to loosen the belt and oil it. Has wheels on the bottom so that helps when storing it. Would definitely recommend! Also I think you can mute the beeps but I don't mind it. ... show more
