I rarely write reviews, but this company truly deserves one. I purchased the 30-Inch Dual Zone Wine & Beverage Refrigerator, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The refrigerator is beautiful, quiet, keeps both zones at the perfect temperature, and has become one of the nicest features in our home. The quality and design exceeded my expectations, and it looks fantastic built into our kitchen. What impressed me even more was the customer service. I reached out to ask if it would be possible to replace the black stainless steel handles with matching stainless steel ones to better coordinate with the rest of our appliances. I wasn’t expecting anything beyond information on purchasing replacement handles. Instead, their customer service team went above and beyond. They took the time to understand my request and they offered to submit a special request to management to provide the matching stainless steel handles free of charge as a gesture of appreciation. That level of care, professionalism, and willingness to make a customer happy is incredibly rare today. Exceptional product, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly goes the extra mile. The unit is beautiful, however, it does not fit the thicker bottles that most Valifornia wines are in now. Forget about champagne bottles and there is no way that it can fit 200 bottles. The racks are just too close together and the racks don’t slide out once you fill them. Beware of this purchase if you favor California wines. ... show more

    • A Physically Damaging and Mentally Confusing Installation Experience...
Set name: 3.2 CUFT
Here is a copy of the message I sent to the manufacturer, will update with results once they reply. Hi ORYMUSE Team... I opened and setup my mini fridge this evening with the help of a friend and I'm a bit confused with the final result. We took it out of the package and set it on the floor, opened and and reviewed the instructions, and proceeded to move it into the bar cabinet where it was to reside. As soon as I moved it from where we initially placed it on the floor after unboxing, I could see it had already left significant scratches on my my hardwood flooring where we positioned it. Upon tipping it to it's side to look underneath, we see that there are only leveling feet at the front end, and the back area simply consists of a sharp-cornered metal bar which runs the width of the back-end. It is these unprotected sharp corners that immediately damaged my floor - And I have to ask, why is there no protection here? So now that we know that the fridge cannot touch the floor again or it will otherwise continue to ruin it, I apply some adhesive felt pads to protect the sharp metal corners so we can continue to move it. Except the fridge is also obviously not level - Apparently the front feet must accommodate for the door hinge clearance, and so even when at their shortest, the fridge still pitches at a backwards angle due to there being no evident place to install the second pair of leveling feet at the back. In fact, I have no idea why the fridge came with a second pair of feet in the instruction bag when there are only sockets for the front end which already came installed. I have to say I'm not thrilled - I now have significant scratches on my hardwood floor, and a mini fridge that pitches to the rear because there is no apparent way to level the back of the fridge to be equal to the front feet. Am I missing something? Is this how the unboxing is intended? Please let me know if there is some intended way to level the fridge, and if you have any thoughts on the damage done to my flooring. At the very least, an in-box warning to not place the fridge on any unprotected surface due to the sharp metal underneath would be hugely beneficial so that customers don't immediately damage their floors. I look forward to your reply. ... show more
