I’ve gone through a bunch of pillows over the years, but this BETU Cooling Pillow is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I sleep in literally every position—on my back, stomach, and sides—and this pillow works perfectly no matter how I’m laying. It really does have a cooling effect, which I love as a hot sleeper. Just make sure your room is cool too, and it makes a big difference. It came vacuum-packed, but it fully expanded within just a few hours. I was able to sleep on it the same day it arrived, and it was super comfy right from the start. I also washed and dried the pillowcase before using it, and it came out looking and feeling great—no shrinking or damage at all. Honestly, I look forward to going to bed every night now just because of this pillow. It’s supportive, comfortable, and totally worth it!

I’ve been using this cooling memory foam pillow for a few weeks now, and overall my experience has been mixed—but leaning positive when it comes to comfort. The memory foam itself is excellent. It has a nice balance between softness and support, contouring well to my head and neck without feeling too stiff or too sinky. I’m primarily a side and back sleeper, and the pillow does a great job of maintaining proper alignment, which has noticeably reduced neck stiffness in the mornings. It also holds its shape well throughout the night and doesn’t go flat, which is a big plus compared to traditional pillows. Where this pillow falls short is in its advertised cooling performance. While it’s marketed as a “cooling” memory foam pillow, I didn’t notice much difference compared to a standard memory foam option. The surface may feel slightly cool when you first lie down, but that sensation fades quickly, and the pillow tends to retain heat as the night goes on. If you’re someone who sleeps hot or specifically looking for a pillow to help with overheating, this may be disappointing. I still found myself flipping the pillow to find a cooler spot, which defeats the purpose of the cooling feature. That said, if comfort and support are your top priorities, this pillow delivers very well. The materials feel high-quality, and it provides consistent support night after night. Giving this product 3 stars. In terms of comfort and softness, the pillow itself gets 5 stars. But the pillow case that gives the pillow the cooling effect is honestly a scam. It stays cool for the first few nights, but as soon as you wash it, it gets a bunch of lint balls stuck to it, and doesn’t cool the same. Only one side is cooling also, so you can’t flip it to get the cold side. One side is cooling, one is bamboo. The size is great, it’s a really nice pillow overall. It’s fluffy, it forms to your head/neck, and doesn’t go flat. It’s a decent weight. After I invested in an actual cooling pillow case, this pillow has given me such good quality sleep. I love it!
