We built a pool last summer and it was completed in September. A friend of ours has a Bettabot and highly recommended it. We used it on and off since it was Winter and about May the left propeller was not spinning as well. I checked for debris and followed a YouTube video on how to check and lubricate the propeller motor. It didn't change. I reached out to the seller and they promptly sent me new motors. It seemed to be doing well but it slowly started making more noise and the left propeller was not spinning as well. I contacted them again and they recommended sending it in. They gave a window of 5 - 20 days for it to return but it came back in 2 weeks. This whole time I was in contact with them via email. Their customer service is fabulous! I've had my BettaBot back for about a week and so far so good. Every pool owner MUST get one! It picks up debris well and the filter basket is easy to remove and hose out. It is solar-powered and cruises around the pool thoroughly. It is not "smart" in that it does not have set pattern or seek out debris but you can control it if necessary with the provided remote. We have a saltwater pool and there are no issues. Works in the spa too. Excellent quality! I will absolutely buy another one should this one die. It does occasionally get a little tangled with our pool cleaner hose and will get sucked to the entrance of the pool skimmer when it's on, but otherwise there are no problems with the Bettabot. I LOVE this product and my pool can't live without it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought my Betta Solar Skimmer over a year ago, and it worked flawlessly the entire time. It kept our pool surface clean and free of bugs and leaves, which meant nothing sank to the bottom to stain the pool floor. It really made pool maintenance effortless. About two months after the one-year warranty expired, the unit suddenly stopped working. I decided to contact the company, and to my surprise, they immediately sent me a return label, repaired the unit, and shipped it right back — even though it was outside the warranty. I have nothing but praise for this product and the company behind it. It’s rare to find this level of quality and customer service. I strongly recommend this skimmer to anyone who wants a clean pool with zero hassle. Well done!

Early days since it's only been in use for 3 days. We recently installed some trees immediately behind our pool and as you can guess we got a ton of leaves blowing into the pool. Despite using the net numerous times throughout the day more leaves drifted in ugh! Seeing this and reading other reviews we decided although pricey to buy and see if we can keep on top of those darn leaves and other debris. Once received out of the box I found it easy to put into action. Using the auto feature not the remote it started up right away very easy indeed. It was in action for a couple of hours as daylight faded. So I left it in the pool turned on hoping it would pick up where it left off the next day. And I'm happy to report it did just that. Having had a full day in the sun it was still cleaning up the debris into the night. Day 3 still doing a great job. I've emptied the capture tray twice another easy operation as it's light weight and easy to do. Watching the unit it handles obstacles like the pool grab handle lower shelf and pool loungers without issues. Once it encounters something it studies the problem then reverses or maneuvers around it and continues on its way. I'm hoping this is the beginning of a long life allowing us to use the pool rather than cleaning it. So far so good. Submitting second update. This cleaner really does a fantastic job, works nonstop picking up all surface debris with consistency around the entire pool including navigating around obstacles a must have if you want a clean pool.

Great cleaner and so far after using daily for over 2 months I'm really happy. It runs several hours in to the night before the battery dies and it runs all day. It feels like my faithful assistant and it never fails. I have several trees that constantly fill the pool with leaves and they never stay on the surface long enough to sink. If you want a reliable and affordable cleaner, this is it. It is a time saver

I’ve used this pool skimmer for a little over a year and thought I’d write a review. Overall I love this skimmer. I keep it running all the time. I my pool is under a screened enclosure and I think that affects the sunlight somewhat, but it still charges and runs. I find for much of the day now it isn’t moving, but if I flip it off and on, it will run again. I really do think this would be less of an issue if the sunlight weren’t reduced by the sceeen. The unit is easy to clean and it manages the walls well. My pool surface is definitely cleaner with it.
