The couches look nice I thought maybe after a couple of months they would soften up but they are so uncomfortable not to mention if you’re over 54 you can’t sit comfortably on these because this is literally for small people. The reclined doesn’t stay in any position either than all the way closed or all the way laying down I’ve tried adjusting it and it doesn’t work. I tried to return or do some sort of an exchange but since I didn’t save these huge boxes that they came in for months I was refused. So now I’m stuck with these terrible awful small couch and loveseat. Do not waste your time or your money for the hassle of trying to return anything or getting it delivered. It’s been nothing and bought a nightmare and I regret this purchase of all things I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. Which is a lot. ... show more

I got the couch and chair. Researched and ordered then got nervous because I bought based on the reviews. Well, I love them and delivery was great! The couch is so comfortable, the fabric isn’t a standard microfiber… it’s soft and has like a marbled look. I got the tan fabric and it has ivory stitching that is such a nice finish. The couch is comfortable… you don’t sink in but it’s comfortable and easy to get up. Everyone who visits sits in the chair, they recline and don’t want to get up. I have trouble closing the recliner but my husband does just fine. Everything else is perfect… I would definitely buy again 💕 ... show more

This was very easy to assemble, and is really beautiful. The couches are firm, comfortable and the reclining options are great. The recliners are shorter than our old ones which is not comfortable for my husband who is about 6 feet. I like the recliner but don’t love it and there are a few reasons: 1) the seat itself is short so there’s not a ton of room to snuggle in 2) the leg length is short so for anyone over 5ft, your feet do hang over 3) it doesn’t lock in place when reclining. It’s hard to get in that perfect position which is unfortunate. When you do lean all the way back, you can nap which is nice. For the price, I think it’s a good deal - it fits our family well and is beautiful. ... show more

If you are looking for a soft couch - this is not for you though ( I do not understand how so many reviews call this soft :/ ). Quite hard...
