I was definitely weird about buying a couch from Amazon after looking at some of the reviews. Though I took the plunge and I couldn't be happier there are some things that I wish were improved but overall by far the easiest couch that put together and it's extremely comfortable.

When we purchased our couch and recliner in 2023 we opened it and it was a beautiful addition to our living room! Unfortunately, within about 9 months our sofa (only) started showing wear and tear. I am assuming this is just a fluke with this sofa as it did not happen with the recliner. The top layer where you sit started to peel away revealing a brown layer under near. Form there, I reached out to Betsy Trading LLC hoping to get some sort of resolution. They responded in a very timely manner with excellent customer service. Within a week and a half or so we have a brand new sofa in our living room from them at no additional cost to us. Because of this we will be buying our next sofa down the road from this company. My couch and recliner arrived today. Super easy to assemble. It took two minutes. They are very comfortable and look really nice. The shipping company is horrible. They called me last Thursday to set up a delivery for the next day from 3 to 7. I removed all of my furniture and Couldn’t get a hold of the shipping company Friday night. No Call No Show! I called the shipping company on Tuesday and they were kind of like oh well. Don’t believe the delivery date until you see them in your driveway. ... show more
