The phone looks brand new with the exception of the mute button. It’s obvious that it was replaced and or damaged before. I charged it overnight before turning it on when I received it (which is trick for strong/long lasting) battery. A full battery serves me over a day even by using the phone constantly. As expected… way faster than my IPhone 7 Plus which had stopped accepting the IOS updates. The info shows 87% battery life which currently equates to charging it nightly, which I was already doing with 7-plus. Love my new phone, will be buying renewed iPhones, IPads from Amazon in the future.

When I saw the product, it seemed like a new product to me. I've done all the tests and so far it doesn't look like it's been used, I don't know if it's the product's luck, but to me it looks like a new product.
