When opened for sleeping, it is probably more suited to people up to 5’4, but soft and comfortable. The color is also as expected from the photo. Order this for my apartment because I needed something smaller and multifunctional to fit the strange layout of my living room. I loved the looked of the couch and was very excited to when it arrived. The couch went together pretty easily but was a pain to put the legs in since the screw did not line up with all 4 holes, usually only 2 to 3 could actually get put in. The couch is incredibly creaky, stiff to the point of back pain, and the adjustable back hates to stay where I set it… And the icing on the cake? First time I went to sit in it the front right left broke. Upon further investigation, it was not the leg that broke but the wood frame of the couch. I drilled in some screws into the frame to keep it together so it will hold for me. I wouldn’t be surprised if this couch breaks within a month. Also the title is actually true, I partially bought this couch because it reminded me of a Walmart couch I used to own that I love. It was half the price of this couch and infinitely better! ... show more

I have mixed reviews the futon is very small space friendly not too big., color firmness comfortability are good. Not tall people friendly but it looks good and was super easy to assemble.

I bought this couch because it looked so pretty and was such a fun color online. I still love the color and will have a yellow couch for the rest of my life, but after 2 years of this thing, I am done with it and need a new one. The fabric has held up well and it was easy to put together when it arrived but it is NOT comfortable. The couch is pretty shallow because of the futon part of it. Also the futon part of it is basically useless because it’s not long enough or comfy enough for any adult to sleep on. It is also not built well. I found this out when I hosted a game night. I had 3 average sized adults sitting on it and one of the legs collapsed. I had a male friend at the game night volunteer to help fix it so I didn’t have to go out and buy a new couch quite yet. When we got the fabric unstapled to figure out the problem and how to fix it, turns out the entire frame of the couch is held together with STAPLES! I couldn’t see a single screw. We got screws in it to reinforce and fix it until I can buy a new couch, but I was shocked after I saw how it was made that it hadn’t collapsed sooner. I’m not sure what I expected since it was pretty cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for with this couch. If you’re looking for a comfortable well built couch, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a cute fun colored accent couch that won’t be sat on often and you want to use it as a bed for a guest grandkid or young niece or nephew, then this could be an option. ... show more

Definitely came earlier then expected. That was a plus! I don’t like to be in my bed unless I’m ready to sleep so this futon has been my go to spot to relax. It is sturdy and I love the look. Nice futon! So far no complaints.

Perfect for a small apartment. Fit tall daughter well. Was a little hard to sleep on but was great for what we paid. The seller was very polite and got it to her quicker then was planned.
