I looked around quite a bit, but didn't want to spend a lot on a new faucet. I took a chance on this one at 69.99. I would definitely recommend. It is metal except for the sprayer. It installed as easily as any other facet and feels sturdy. These style faucets don't usually have a pull out sprayer. They detach and you can pull it a little and move it around the sink. Bonus is that there is no extra tubing under the sink to allow for a pull out.! 1 year update: still highly recommend! I little bit of wear on the handle but I just do a quick touch up and it’s all good again. ... show more

I’m tinkering here and there in my kitchen. And one item on my to do list was to replace original chrome faucet for one with spray option. Exploring Amazon, the matte black really spoke to me, although all my appliances are stainless steel. Well, after having it forever, I finally had it installed. The water pressure probably needs to be dialed back a tad, aesthetically, it is perfect. In retrospect, the chrome never really went with the stainless steel and the matte black coordinates very well with cast iron-looking gas stovetop. Now, just to get rid of the dreadful backsplash tile. Con: Some pieces of the unit are plastic and the hose length is static, no longer than what you see. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this not even ten months ago and just threw it in the trash yesterday. And no, don't fool yourself into believing the other reviews, I know I didn't just receive a lemon. This thing is bad by design... This is complete junk and has been a headache from the beginning. I have a standard delta kitchen faucet at my apartment and it works flawlessly. Compared to that (and any other standard kitchen faucet you're probably used to), this Besy faucet is complete junk and here's why: 1. The hose is super short and not flexible at all. On any standard delta/moen you can pull the head down and spray all around the sink. They're usually long and flexible, and easy to use. Well this Besy set a whole new precedent for short and not flexible. Does not loosen up over time. Just feels cheap. 2. It started leaking twice since installation. If my number 1 doesn't convince you, just know that after a few months it WILL leak. I have some experience plumbing and I had one of my plumbers install it for me, and double checked his work. It started leaking after 3 months. I went in and tightened everything (and not over tightened). 5 months later and bam...leaking again. From there went straight in the trash. Paid 350 for a moen at home depot but it not only looks good, it functions and will actually last. The only thing going for this faucet is it looks good....so if you want a good looking faucet that doesn't work...buy this! ... show more

Kind of weird as I always check reviews and there was none so I kind of went out on a limb. After reviewing all features and hook ups it was exactly what I was looking for. Had a Moen B4 and it was ok but nothing like this one. This only has 2 hook ups Hot and Cold and mixes perfect. Spray nozzle is awesome and the pause feature is good. My Moen lasted about 4 years and started leaking around the handle. So I give this product a 5 as for Looks, Easy Installation and the faucet, spray and pause features.. The soap dispenser on the right was brushed aluminum and I cleaned it with alcohol and then spayed it with Rust Olium 2X coverage and it turned out great. Love it so far.. Update and after a year the flex hose come unraveled in spots and started leaking. Got another hose that was longer and would not fit as the connections are, I don't know what size. Finally figured out how to make work and love having the hose 6 inches longer. Less stress on the hose and trying to figure out how to extend the metal saddle holding the nozzle so it is more in the center of the sink. ... show more

This faucet is just great value for money and looks wayyyyyy more expensive than it's actual cost. I'd say easy to install if you have some basic tools and keep in mind that you'd need some connectors as the faucet connectors are not that long. We had to grab a couple from home depot and realized that in the middle of our installation. Try making sure of that before installing of possible. But it's so functional, the spray is pretty strong and pull down feature is great too. Would definitely recommend. ... show more
