So far, so good. Am frustrated that heater will not increase past default 68 degrees, whether using app or control panel. Manual is no help, customer service is non-existent. Will keep trying, but if I cannot fix this, then this goes back to Amazon.

My spa is 13 months old. I used it last summer then thoroughly drained and stored it in a heated garage for the winter. When I set it up this June the heater blower unit made a terrible grinding noise when I tried to inflate and shut down the motor unit. I cant get the control panel to acknowledge all the buttons either! I expected this spa to last more than one season-(actually 4 months). Bestway tech support says they dont have the replacement unit as it's on back order and they're not sure when it will be in. And it will cost about $300 with shipping! They must have a high demand for the units replacement if it has such a backorder. I am so dissappointed. Stay away!
