This pool works perfectly in our smaller backyard. We dug out the gravel in a space large enough for the pool and filled with sand before assembly. We were able to get it level underneath and the sand feels great under your feet when playing around in the pool. After prepping for the pool, the assembly was fast with thorough instructions. We had an issue with the pump, but we were quickly given a solution from customer service. Great customer care. Pool arrived quickly. Great overall transaction.     • Perfect solution when you want to cool off
Set up was very easy. It was a great problem solver to cool off without taking up a space in my yard full-time. We paid more than I think we should for a shallow pop-up pool but with Covid pools are hard to find. A safe way to enjoy the summer with no fear of social distancing at community pool.

    • Pool leaked as soon as we filled it.
I really liked the look of this pool and after bringing in sand to level it, and paid to have water delivered, it started leaking water immediately . We tried patching it several times which only slowed the leak and overnight the pool was almost empty. The leak is not coming from a rip or tear but along a seam. So far we spent hours setting it up. I don't know how to send it back , emptying it , drying it and getting it back in the box sounds almost impossible. I'll try to get them to send me a new liner, and depending on customer service I might change my review to a more positive one. It's hot out today and after spending almost 400 dollars. I can't sit in my pool. Very disappointing. Over 3 months later I've contacted Amazon customer service 7 times, spending hours on the phone, sent them the tracking slip for proof that I returned the pool which took hours getting it back in the box, Also contacted the seller 3 times, with no response. Worst seller EVER !!!, also Amazons A to Z guarantee is a bunch of crap !!! ... show more

    • Really expensive but worth it
it's really expensive for the crappy pump that comes with the pool. The filter has to be cleaned every day and time of use or replaced weekly. Besides that, the pool is good for children play in. Make sure the yard has enough room for a 12' foot pool.
