  • Great pool
Size: 24ft. X 12ft. X 52in.
We ordered the 24’ x 12’ and 52 inch deep pool. I liked that it came with a sand pump. The pump is very small but it does the job. The pool was pretty simple to set up. We had three guys setting it up. The cover is kind of annoying to put on. It has ties that you tie to each post to keep it on so it can get tedious taking it on and off. The pool came in two boxes. Everything was intact. My son has loved getting in the pool. It is still too cold for me. Overall, the assembly was easy the pool is sturdy and it’s a great size. ... show more

  • Great swimming pool
Size: 24ft. X 12ft. X 52in.
I bought this pool in 2021 and showed up in pieces the box was destroyed. However, after going though and putting this pool together I did have all the parts. I have enjoyed the pool for 2 year, but this year before opening it for the 2024 season we had a storm come through and huge tree fell on the pool. After inspecting the pool only a few pieces of the frame was destroyed. I can say with confidence that this pool is built to last. I highly recommend the pool but the pump is not large enough to move the amount of water in the pool. So great pool bad pump. ... show more

  • 95% Super Happy
Size: 10' x 6'7" x 33"
Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I bought the 10'x6'7" pool. It took my teenage daughter and I about 20 minutes to assemble. It did come with an instruction manual that was good, but I am a visual person and choose to watch a YouTube video to step through set-up. The video by Dale's Backyard I watched was very helpful and gave some good tips for making set-up as easy as possible. The pool parts seem very durable, except for the wing nuts that go on the hose connections and the seals for the hoses. I was missing one wing nut, but was able to make a clamp I had on hand work for the last one. The hose clamps are plastic, I think more durable metal ones would be better. Every single hose connection leaked so I had to use plumber's stuff to keep it from leaking. Note: Be sure you get as much air as possible out of the hoses when you prime the pump, it makes a huge difference! So overall, I am happy. It is the perfect size for what we needed, it is overall very sturdy. ... show more

  • Very thick liner, poor pump
Size: 9'3" x 6'5" x 33"
I love the whole design of the pool except for the included filter pump. I'm a renter so I installed the pool on top of a larger piece of gym rubber mat on my patio. I upgraded to another brand Sand filter pump. This is the deepest pool I could find for such a small size. Easy to install and quick set up. No leaks. This is installed in South Florida. ... show more

  • Great Summer Fun And Some Useful Suggestions
Size: 14' x 8'2" x 39.5"
The set up was slightly more difficult than the instructions say so be prepared for that. It will probably take you at least an hour to an hour and a half to put it together. Having a partner to help you is pretty essential especially when it comes time to stand the pool up. After reading so many reviews stating the included pump was insufficient, I didn't even bother with it. I ordered the Bestway Flow Clear 1500 GPH filter pump and it has worked great. As far as leveling, my pool dips slightly down hill. Probably more than the suggested range but we have not had any issues thus far. I'd estimate it being close to 2 inches off of level. Other random thoughts: Be sure to only fill your pool with a regular water hose and monitor it closely while filling. Be there to adjust the supports as the water fills because you could run into a huge issue if your supports aren't aligned correctly. Also using a hose water filter was a great suggestion I read and really helped to get my pool water off to a good start. The one I used was purchased on Amazon as well by the brand Keten Garden. Using a large blue tarp and 12, 6 inch clamps spring metal clamps has served as a great pool cover and even gives some of the same benifits of those pricey solar covers but for a FRACTION of the price. Again, not as good but does a decent job of holding some of the warmth in and great at keeping leaves out. Both of those items were purchased on Amazon. I know that many people wonder about power usage. With the new pump, I only have to run my filter about 2 or maybe 3 hours a day in conjunction with filling the included chlorine dispenser with 6, 1 inch chrolrine tablets weekly to have my water crystal clear. The ones I use were here on Amazon as well. The brand is GLB 71250A. Back to the the energy stuff, I have seen about an 9 dollar jump in my monthly bill. Also I did not have to rewire my home electric as I was very nervous about this. I have standard service and I do not have an outlet that is close to my pool to run the pump. So I thought initially I would have to have the electric company come and install an outlet near the pool in order to run the pump and potentially have to overhaul my service in order to support the pump. After reading and researching all over the place, I took a slight leap and purchased a Watts Wire 50ft GFCI 12/3 Heavy Duty 3 Outlet SJTW Indoor/Outdoor extension cord. This too has run FLAWLESSLY for me. I have not had a single issue. Cord has not been hot to the touch or anything like that. I'm not an electrician so I'd not take my situation as gospel but hopefully my experience with this set up can help you make your own decision. I purchased the Poolaza pool skimmer net and brush for skimming things off the top of the water and brushing the walls of the pool weekly to make sure algae doesn't develop. Also got the Pool Whale Mini Jet Vacuum Cleaner brush with bag to suck up all the crud and debris that may sink to the bottom. Highly suggest those two products! In conclusion, this pool was a great purchase for me and my family. We routinely have all 6 of us in the pool at the same time and never feel cramped or way too close together. I hope this review and all the products I shared can help you make a better informed decision on if you should take the leap. ... show more

  • Liner Ripped flooded yard
Size: 31ft.4in. X 9ft. X 52in.
We purchased and assembled this pool in June. After assembly and filling it with thousands of gallons of water, my husband noticed a small tear in the liner when we were swimming. He contacted amazon and they wanted us to send it back to them. We were not willing to dump hundreds of dollars worth of water and hunt down a box big enough to shove a 31' X 52' pool and poles into, which to us seemed absolutely ridiculous along with horrible customer service when you spent $1300 on a pool. Today Sept 5th, i came home from school drop off and our backyard is flooded. the liner tore off the support poles. i'm currently in a amazon support chat where of course the amazon return window expired in July. I have to now contact the manufacturer on my own. We're not happy with the quality of the pool and definitely not the customer service. If anything changes i will update this. ** UPDATE. It is now 4/12/24. back in Sept or October I finally got them to SAY they’d replace the bent poles from the pool liner tearing apart and ruining the liner and multiple support poles. We were told we have to pay the shipping to receive the poles and that we’d receive and invoice via email to pay. Never got an email. Now when you call bestway you can’t speak to a person. You have to leave a callback number and maybe days later you get the call back. The website no longer will load, it says it doesn’t exist. So we’ve got a $1300 pool liner still sitting in a box bc they never sent the replacement poles. We will NEVER buy a product from this company again and if they’re going out of business I wouldn’t be surprised with a garbage product and horrendous customer service. ... show more
