From the moment we set it up, it has become the favorite spot for our kids and even us adults to bounce around and have fun. The setup instructions were straightforward, and while it took a little time, the end result was well worth the effort. The trampoline feels incredibly sturdy, with a high-quality frame and springs that offer excellent bounce without feeling unsafe. The safety net is a fantastic feature, giving us peace of mind as the kids jump and play. It’s securely attached, with no gaps, and the entry zipper is easy for them to manage. Ordered this for my daughter to get her off of screen-time now and then, and I went for the large 15ft version on the advice of another dad's review. Took my time assembling it today, a hot and sweaty day, and I think the whole process was about 3 hours with some breaks. This model came in 2 boxes, which the seller advised me would be the case as soon as I ordered. My impression is they monitor orders and strive for customer satisfaction, as they wanted to set expectations within a few hours of my placing the order. Good vibes. The boxes arrived on schedule. The largest had a split seam and I feared there would be missing parts, but the items were packed inside in such a way as to minimize the danger of parts escaping. Everything inside was exactly right, and no damage. Everything went smoothly following both the printed and video instructions. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the foam covers on the upright net support arms from a foam that doesn't grab the net sleeves when inserting them. I went back and forth trying to get the net installed, but in the end I watched the video instructions on YouTube and the montage for this part of the assembly, although it looks cute and entertaining, is actually also exactly in the order you need to do things to get the net installed: work it down onto the poles a little at a time while walking around from post to post. That part could be emphasized more, perhaps. Once I did this patiently, it started to get easier. Also, the parts package came with the exact number of items needed for the assembly, no more. Would prefer to have extras of anything threaded as oftentimes those are the points of failure when putting together a product like this, but I will say all of these parts worked perfectly and no extras were needed in the end. One last note: Make sure the bolt heads in the leg extensions are turned inward when assembling the frame, as this allows the eye bolts for the netting poles to line up correctly during its attachment. This is stated in the booklet, but I missed it, so had to turn things around later (my bad). Overall, it was kind of fun to assemble this trampoline, and my daughter lit up when she came in from school, and she started bouncing instead of hitting the iPad. (Mission accomplished.) She's still out there now with her mom. I would like to be able to buy some spare springs for future repairs, but I don't see those available on the CalmMax site. I'll contact them directly to discuss that possibility. Overall, very happy on Day 1. I hope this trampoline will be used for years, and we're off to a good start. UPDATE: The company seems very concerned about quality and reached out to me to address measures they've taken to strengthen packaging since my purchase, and they are willing to replace any needed parts. Very positive note.

The media could not be loaded. So i want to start off with this thing is very stable! We out it up and my 3 kids and my husband who is 210lb all jumped with no issues, then we had heavy storms and the wind was blowing everyones trampolines with nets out of their yards but luckily the net on these easily pops out and back in so we took it down literally in 2 minutes. Along with all the rain that happened for 3 days back to back i expected some rust (we also live near the ocean) kept an eye on the metal for a month and no rust! The only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because in the photo it shows the trampoline skirt to be much longer and it’s actually pretty short and almost didnt fit at all and one of the straps for the skirt broke off immediately. But besides alll that its wonderful. My husband built it with our 10 yr old so I would say fairly easy to build.

This is a well made trampoline. We have owned three others and none of them were as professional as this one. In the others we always felt like an adult jumping in it was scary even though the trampoline said it was rated for 400+ lbs. And we are talking just one 200 lb adult using it. Not with this one! The CalmMax 14ft trampoline feels very sturdy with a 200 lb and 160 lb couple jumping to their heart's content. This is great when an adult wants to get in with the kids to be hands on teaching them tricks and spotting them for flips and other maneuvers. Putting this sucker together was quite simple. It took two of us a little over an hour. Of course you have to take into account that this is our fourth trampoline so we didn't need directions for 80% of the build.
