My 1st chair
Color: White
It's great! It's sturdy, might need a bit of assistance for clients It's a great size for short and tall people. The bag it comes with is great for me to be portable with it. Great prize! Helped me perform various 5 min free chair massages.

Good Chair -- Great Customer Support
Color: White
The chair came with a missing special " flat " nut. I called the telephone number which was provided on the accompanying instruction sheet. Lo and behold I was soon talking to a nice lady in Georgia whoonly needed my Amazon invoice number. She confirmed my purchase and said that the missing part would be shipped within 5 days. It was timely shipped. In trying to fit the bolt through the arms of the arm rest pad, I realized that I had to push them together a little bit in order to get the bolt to fit. I was able to bend them together enough to get the bolt and nut to fit. To get the folded chair into the carrying bag, one must remove the head rest shaft from the chest rest pad bar. There is plastic cap that fits into the end of the chest rest pad bar which I believe is to protect the bag from tearing. The cap is a bit difficult to remove as it is tightly fitted, so I drilled a hole through the end of the cap and inserted a plastic wire tie with the wire tie's connector inside the cap and the loop outside the cap. That modification makes the cap easier to remove. When the cap is not plugged into the bar, I can hang it on an adjustment knob.

Great chair!
Color: White
I love the chair! The bag had a small rip in it when I got it so I haven't actually used the bag but I also haven't taken the chair anywhere yet. I should have contacted the company as soon as I got it but it's been long enough so I'm not going to worry about it. But like I said the chair itself is wonderful and very comfortable.

Horrible
Color: White
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this and I wish I opened it when I ordered it because I only opened it when I had to use it and this is what I discovered. Every time I order something from Amazon and it’s a third-party I always get crappy items and this is the proof. I always call Amazon to complain in regard to this and they always think that I’m lying so I decided to make sure I take pictures this time. The functionality of it is horrible. It does not work properly. It is extremely hard. I feel like I need WD-40 just to get it to open and loosen up this massage chair sucks. I wish I never bought it.

Arrived dirty
Color: White
Arrived dirty but I already paid $35 so I wasn’t going to return it. Other than that it’s pretty nice and sturdy. I use it for pumping breast milk as it gives good support

Great Chair For The Money
Color: White
The size was great for me. I am petite and it adjusted perfectly. Ordered it a couple of weeks ago for an eye surgery and just started using it. Great little carrying bag too!
