Putting the top half of the tree together and fitting the piece to the lower juuust right so that the screw can be inserted properly is hard if you ask me. I ended up only screwing in one side for now bc it’s not like it’s going anywhere- it is a bit squeaky tho. Nothin that can’t be fixed by finishing putting it together and maybe some WD40. I set this up inside my home for son’s sensory swing. It’s perfect!!! Only thing is it is easier to put together with 2 ppl, not one like the directs claim. Otherwise NO complaints, he’s ecstatic! Thank you!

    • Works really well, but can be painful
This really was not difficult to put together even after misplacing the directions right after opening the box. It works really well, have had no weight issues or anything. My only complaint is that the 4 legs are extremely painful and easy to step on because they extend so far. So if you are only half paying attention when you get off your chair, or you have a kid who is prone to falling, be prepared for that. Not the biggest problem in the world, and again, it works very well, but a few of us in this house have gotten bruises from it already lol. ... show more

This is my second stand that looks like this. I love both of them but this one doesn’t squeak. I love this shape rather than the ones that look like a swing set (have two attached points instead of one) because then I can swivel any direction I want for conversation or sun avoidance.

    • Perfect in every way except...
This is a wonderfully sturdy swing stand, but the chair swing that I purchased it for is long and when I sit in it, my bottom touches the bottom bar of the stand. So, while this isn't a problem with the stand itself, now I have to decide what to do so that it isn't a complete waste of money.
