Was a comfortable chair and the massage function was, and is great. Problem is the fake leather began peeling within a month and the massage motors have now formed noticeable lumps under the padding, making the chair uncomfortable unless you position your legs to avoid them. I don't expect lazy boy quality in this price range, but I did expect them to not wear out this soon.

We bought 2 of these recliners and have had them about 2 weeks.... they each came in a big box and were left in our driveway, so the most difficult thing was getting them in the house. Once that was done, assembly was super easy, had them set up and plugged in in about 10 minutes. The recliner is very comfortable, the massage function is great but the heat is not very warm. Even so I still think they are a great value for the money. Love the cup holders and the fact they they are not a big as the recliners they replaced so we have more room in the living room. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Just turned it on and am sitting in it doing this review. I am pleased so far. It chair is shipped in 1 carton,102 lbs. It fit through the front door. Assembly was a snap, you just have to slide the back into the base. Plug in the cables and power and it's ready to go. It's not a large overstuffed chair it's I will sat the side of a nice first class airline seat. Chair is comfortable, nice material, I have the brown faux leather. I was thinking it would be like a vinyl chair but it is not. Has 2 vibration settings, and the heat on my lower back feels great. It has automatic shut off so no need to worry about leaving it on,I think it was 15-20 minure cycle. So far,I am happy with this chair. Reading the other reviews,I did get the extended 3 year warranty as it wasn't that much more. Should things change, I will either update this review if possible or write another one.

Love this chair. My doctor has this exact model in his office for recovery from medical procedures (back, shoulder, neck, etc.) I fell in love with the chair and looked it up. Interestingly, Amazon has the exact model he uses. It has perfect lumbar support for those of us with severe arthritis & joint damage. The vibration mode is wonderful, with many presets. It has a heat function, but not much warmth. That doesn't bother me as I use a heat pad separately. The leg rest extends easily, it swivels but stays in place, and even has cup holders. There are days I could live in this chair..... The leather like finish is not "sticky" and is very comfortable long term. I've been using it for months with no degradation in padding or surface. Perhaps the perfect recliner / lounging chair, especially if you have bad joints & need something comfy with vibration. Highly recommended!

I love that it is just the right size for me. I am 5’ 3” and 150lbs. I fit perfectly but my husband on the other hand is 5’ 11” and he is to tall for the chair. I guess that’s another bonus for me haha. I love the vibration message but wish it were like the ones that move around like the ones you put money in at the mall lol. But still works fine. Does not get hot enough for me personally but I have heating pads for that. The only thing I do not like is when you trying to lay all the way back the head part does not stay. Other than that great product specially for the price. I’d buy another bigger one for my husband if they were available.

The look of this is beautiful! It takes a while to get that “worn in” feeling but it’s really a good deal!!! The heater is so nice especially now in the winter. I would recommend if you’re patient enough to get through the stiffness initially !
