Exactly as pictured and was easy to assemble. The first step was a little confusing. Not sure why it was considered the first step. Should have come later on in the assembly process (we skipped it until we got to that part) but other than that it was an excellent choice. Very good price too.

Bought this for a guest room that cannot fit two twin beds. The only reason it is not getting five stars is my failure to anticipate the difficulty of making these beds, not the fault of the manufacturer! It does take two people to put it together, but it’s attractive, sturdy, comfortable, and a bargain. The directions are clear and the four hours it took to put it together (mostly one person ‘til I called for help) were worth it.

I'm updating my previous review to reflect the positive steps the merchant took to address my concerns. Initially, I was frustrated by the lack of shipping information, because Amazon never provided the shipping information for the mattresses, only the bunk bed. However, the direct merchant reached out to me directly and provided all the necessary details. They also gave me a $50 refund for the inconvenience, which I appreciate. The owner of the company even reached out to me personally to provide the information needed. Who does that? I've since received the bunk bed and found the assembly instructions to be very clear and easy to follow. While I did need some assistance during the assembly process, the straightforward instructions made it much easier. Please be aware that the box is a bit heavy. If you’re petite like me, you may need help with the box the frame comes in. Plus, the mattresses are surprisingly comfortable. Also, it doesn’t make much noise at all. Overall, I'm satisfied with the resolution and the quality of the bunk bed. I appreciate the merchant's responsiveness and willingness to make things right.

This bed looks great, easily assembled, but one of the guard bars on the top bunk popped off due to a poor weld the first day of use. Otherwise , we are happy with it.
