It is a little tedious to put together, but it is quite beautiful and comfortable in the end. The cushions are nicer than others I have bought and I ScotchGarded them. I got the red. I am 6'3", 240 lbs and the chairs are comfortable for me. If you have it outside, you may want to consider that the wicker sides to this set can act like a sail in the case of high winds and place them appropriately. I live in Tennessee where we don't get a lot of high winds, but it did happen as I explain below. Impressed by the seller though. One week after I had it on my deck, a strong storm wind came that knocked down tree's as well as sending my table off my deck to the stairs, overturning it a breaking the glass top. I called the manufacturer, Best Choice Products, and got a live person. I told him I needed to but a new glass which is an uncommon 33x33". He told me that they don't have a glass or a table that could be sold separately, and he refunded money back to my Amazon account that showed up in 3 days. To get a live person, and to solve a problem that fast, this seller is on my favorites list for future purchases. Actually, I'd give the table a little less than 5 stars for assembly, but would give the seller, BCP, more than 5 stars. ... show more

This furniture is sturdy and looks nice. It's not plastic coated, like some of my other fur inure, so I bought a cover to protect it from bad weather. The cushions bead up with water so they are water repellent. It looks nice. It did take me several hours to put together. The chairs were the most trouble, but got easier with each new chair. A couple of holes appeared to not be lined up, but it was all in the order you screwed things in. My advice is to not tighten everything as you go. Leave loose and tighten at the end. ... show more

For the price, this is a really great wicker-looking material outdoor furniture set. Similar to some other reviews I did find that the chairs were fairly difficult to put together - one chair in particular had some poorly aligned holes and was pretty rage inducing. Other than that one chair the rest were difficult but not impossible and the table was very easy to assemble. For the price I think you’d be hard pressed to find anything better. ... show more

This is a nice sized table for a small space, so from that perspective it is what I was looking for. Assembly was not difficult and I only needed assistance in placing the glass on the table. Unfortunately there were some flaws right out of the box that make me pretty sure this won't last long in our Florida humidity. As the photos show there are areas that are not evenly painted. There are other spots already showing rust-right out of the box. There are several spots that show the finish worn off of the plastic wicker and some that look like an uneven finish. Overall not the best quality but for the price I am keeping it. (Note: the glass has a hole in the center for an umbrella and there are braces to hold the umbrella in place under the table. However this is such a small table base and lightweight so it would absolutely blow over with an umbrella in the center of it.) ... show more

We knew when we purchased this set that is was not a high end item for the price, however we thought it would last at least a few seasons. We purchased this in April for our deck. We have barely used it and have only sat in the chairs a few times. When I noticed the chairs coming a part I went on Amazon to see what the warranty was for this set. The only mention of a warranty is to reach out to the seller. I sent them a message, photos and answered some questions. They wanted to know if we exceeded the weight limit for the chairs. WHAT??? They are coming apart at the back and arms of the chairs, but NO we did not exceed a weight limit, whatever that is. They also asked if we kept the set indoors in a dry area when not in use. We have only had it since April and it's still warm enough to use on the deck. So no, we don't' move the set indoors every time it rains, but we did have plans to cover it for the winter. It's outdoor furniture??? I don't do reviews often, but I want to warn people of this junk we purchased. I could have purchased a better set from the dollar store. Also, when you are buying anything from Amazon, please be sure you look for the warranty before you buy. If I had known if was only 60 days, I would never have purchased this set. So far, only 1 of the 4 chairs is in tack, but I am sure it will be coming apart soon. ... show more

    • Decent Value, but Was Not Happy with Customer Service

This is a reasonably sturdy patio dining set for the money. As others have noted, it can be difficult to line up the screws so they don't cross-thread. The trick is to get every single screw in just a few turns to allow for "play" for the next one. Only when you have them all threaded should you begin tightening. Also, get a ratchet with a hex bit, or you'll be assembling for days. Of course, on the last assembly step, I discovered that I'm missing 2 of 12 screws in one size. I reach out to their customer service via live chat, and because I'm outside their 60-day warranty, she cannot send me the missing screws. Granted, she offered a rather nice credit/refund for keeping the set, but now, I'm left to go source these 2 screws elsewhere. Seems like a curious solution vs sending 2 screws. Oh, well. ... show more

First off I read all the reviews about the set being hard to put together and that the holes didn’t line up. I used a power screwdriver and a hex bit and the table and chairs went together beautifully. It took a little over an hour to put the whole set together myself. My table was bent in transit and I tried to fix it to no avail. I called the company dreading dealing with customer service. Instead, I received wonderful help. They shipped a new table and told me to keep the old one for spare parts. Everything was efficient and the woman was incredibly nice. The table and chairs are beautiful on my deck and look so much more luxurious than the price. I never write reviews but this experience was too exceptional not to rave! ... show more
