I think the trick of assembling this is not to tighten the screws until you have them all started. I understand why the instructions says it's a two-person project, I did it alone and it took about 2 1/2 hours. The chairs are comfortable, and the set is very nice looking with the exception of the glass top that has several scratches in the finish on the underside that takes away from the nice looks. I have emailed the company asking if there is anything that I can repair it with or if they can send a replacement, but have not heard back from them?

We knew when we purchased this set that is was not a high end item for the price, however we thought it would last at least a few seasons. We purchased this in April for our deck. We have barely used it and have only sat in the chairs a few times. When I noticed the chairs coming a part I went on Amazon to see what the warranty was for this set. The only mention of a warranty is to reach out to the seller. I sent them a message, photos and answered some questions. They wanted to know if we exceeded the weight limit for the chairs. WHAT??? They are coming apart at the back and arms of the chairs, but NO we did not exceed a weight limit, whatever that is. They also asked if we kept the set indoors in a dry area when not in use. We have only had it since April and it's still warm enough to use on the deck. So no, we don't' move the set indoors every time it rains, but we did have plans to cover it for the winter. It's outdoor furniture??? I don't do reviews often, but I want to warn people of this junk we purchased. I could have purchased a better set from the dollar store. Also, when you are buying anything from Amazon, please be sure you look for the warranty before you buy. If I had known if was only 60 days, I would never have purchased this set. So far, only 1 of the 4 chairs is in tack, but I am sure it will be coming apart soon.

Instructions do state not to tighten everything down until all assembled, but still a lot of the holes didn't line up. It came together eventually but not without having to make adjustments to directions, and eventually using a drill to help tighten /straighten pieces out. Serviceable for what I need, but don't expect it to last long. Additionally one chair had wicker unraveling on the leg, which I repaired pretty easily. Another set from this company came together so much easier than this set. If you're looking for something just to throw out on the patio, this doesn't look terrible. Just be prepared for frustration putting together solo

The media could not be loaded. Really love having this light gray wicker set. It's lightweight and easy to move around my back patio if I need to do it alone. The seats are really comfy and it's nice that the arm rests are a little bit thicker. The cushions are about 1.5" thick. Both the chairs and table are really sturdy and do not wobble what so ever during use. We get a ton of pollen in our backyard, so we wanted a material that was easy to wipe down and these are it. The wicker appears brand new practically after 2 seasons of use, which is awesome. The chairs are not oversized, they are your typical seat size. These are really just meant for sitting at the table, eating and relaxing. It's a bit hard to get comfortable with your legs up on the chair as you have to squish yourself. It was fairly easy to put this set together, but it did take a decent amount of time. You have to use an allen wrench for all of the screws, which is a bit tedious and has your fingers hurting by the end. It is worth it though!!! It's really great quality for the money and has held up wonderfully!

This is EXTREMELY difficult to put together. The holes are not predrilled straight and don't line up. It is very frustrating to put this together as it took many, many hours. I am very disappointed in the assembly process.
