My experience with the product wasn't the best in the beginning. I order 1 Twin XL 18inch frame. The bars on the width are too long which caused the bars cannot reach the two sides of the beds. I was frustrated. Then I messaged the seller. They are super responsive, offered me either refund or sending me a new 14inch one. I chose the later. The new frame was sent immediately. Then I swapped out the width bars to the 18inch frame and it works perfectly. Now I have a perfectly working a 18inch and a extra not-so-working 14inch.     • Make sure to check that all your screws go in prior to tightening on the corner brackets.

This product works as intended! I purchased a king size to replace my wooden slats. It’s fairly easy to put together, however it did take me roughly 2.5 hours by myself due to the fact that u have to put the corner brackets on in a specific position or it will not work. This bed was so easy to assemble and everything feels very secure and stable. Love that it has open slots to attach a head/foot board if you’d like but it’s also great as is! Great purchase!!

There was a manufacturer defect on one of the parts. See pictures. This is not a part that I assembled or that can be taken apart and reassembled. The grooves that allow for the slats of the bedframe were right side up on one side and upside down on the other. In order to use it one fourth of the bedframe would need to remain without slat support. I contacted Amazon to explain that I just need the part replaced which they cannot do. The box is very heavy and for a person my age (older) it would be impossible to pack up and carry back to a return center. It was originally carried to my doorstep by the UPS carrier and then I unpacked it piece by piece. Amazon asked me if I would like a new one so I said yes, but then asked me to donate the original. IT CANT BE ASSEMBLED so I am not donating it. ... show more
