This is the second bag we've purchased as we literally wore the first one out in 4 years of regular use. We (and more importantly, our pup) LOVE it. The size is perfect for our 6 pound therapy dog. He can stand, lay and turn around inside. The sturdy but fine mesh allows him to see out on all 4 sides. One end opens halfway, the other is a full zip. We use both: the half zip allows him to poke his head out if we're somewhere that he can't be fully out; and the full zip allows the bag to turn into an open kennel where he can hang out or sleep. It's his safe place. There are handy pockets, 3 mesh and one solid, for storing small items like snacks, harness, leash, poop bags etc. The bag is flexible (not rigid) and fits under an airline seat. It has straps that allow it to be secured with a seatbelt when traveling in an auto. The zippers have click locks on them for added security. The pad inside is removable for cleaning. Spot clean the durable outside. The carry strap is sturdy but not quite as padded as I'd like when I carry him on my shoulder. The handles are sturdy. This bag would be great for a cat as well - the mesh is tough! I would NOT recommend this bag for a larger dog.

I got the large for my 6 pound Chihuahua as the small was too confining. I like the amount of mesh it provides for air exchange. So many carriers do not seem to have enough. I like that I can slip my hand inside to touch him. He seems comfortable. The real Test will be my first trip away. It’s nice there is a soft carrier I can feel comfortable placing my dog into finally

This was originally for our puppy, but at 13.6# and 17” long from neck to butt, he was too long to comfortably fit into this bag. We gave it to our daughter for her cat, and it was perfect. The cat walked into it without a fight, and the seatbelt straps are so helpful to keep it in place in the car. She (the daughter, not the cat) liked the way it looks too. Well, maybe the cat did too, who knows?

Well made, nice solid construction. I liked that it has the right distribution of mesh and privacy so that my cat can feel secure in but not feel trapped. The secret opening is nice so I can reach in and pet and console my cat while in transit, since she is slightly freaked on trips. The carrier is taller than most other medium size carriers so that the pet can stand in it if it chooses. I do wish it was an in or two wider- my cat is 15 lbs and tend to be on the wide side. However this is not a big deal since the carrier is flexible so it can accommodate her girth, but still wider would be nice

I bought this bag to bring my kitty to my new home (about a 14 hour drive). And while it was cute, I was hoping that the "large" would give him a little more room, at least to stand up and turn around or whatever. I would consider him a medium, or average sized male cat although a little chubby. He's less than ten pounds. But it did keep him safe and cozy for the duration of our trip so over all not a bad carrier.
