  • Teachers: It doesn’t fit files!
As an art teacher, I need to bring art supplies as well as handouts for my students. I thought this would be perfect! Lots of roomy pockets around the exterior for supplies and plenty of room inside for my hanging files, to keep all my different classes organized... but it doesn’t fit hanging files! How hard would it have been to make it an inch wider to accommodate a metal hanging file frame or a half inch smaller with a groove built in for the same purpose? Was so excited to receive this, and now I have to send it back... what a waste. Update: ... after looking at the problem, thought I might be able to keep this product and order a metal rack for hanging pendaflex folders inside the product. I found this... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000J0B79Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which was a 2 pk. It the frame looked sufficiently flexible to possibly squeeze into crate. Just received it and it worked! Didn’t like to have to spend and extra $20 to make this work, but everything else about this product was just what I wanted and being lazy, I didn’t want to have to deal with the return so, I coughed up the funds! I’d amend my review to 3 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ... show more

  • Flimsy front handle snapped in 3.5 months of use with only half of the weight limit.
I'm a nursing student with a bunch of textbooks and papers I have to keep with me every week, so my mom bought me this because it wouldn't all fit in a backpack. I got it in February 2020, and today, October 15th, 2020, the front handle snapped. We have steps up to our house, so I have to pick it up to bring inside/take outside, and I have to pick it up to get it in and out of my car. Unless I can fix this with duct tape, this product will no longer work for me. The product's description lists a weight limit of 80 lb, but mine only weighed 43 lb when I just checked after it broke. I had it a total of 8 months, but as we all know school went online in March due to Covid. I started back in-person classes this August. I only got 3 and a half months of use out of this product that we paid nearly 60 dollars for. I have had other issues that I didn't deem worthy enough to write a review for, but I'll include everything since I'm already here. 1) Front handle is flimsy and snapped after a grand total of 3 1/2 months of use with about 40 lb of textbooks in it. This is baffling, because the back handle feels very sturdy. I'm not sure why they didn't just make both handles like that. Picture included of where it broke. 2) The cover with the pockets on it is just a little too big, which wouldn't be an issue, but it rubs against the wheels and tore a hole in both side pockets. 3) The cover also has really weak seams. Two of the seams on the corners tore relatively quickly even without anything in the side pouches. (Picture included) This has made it sit even lower and drag against the wheels more. 4) This one can't really be helped I suppose, but because the sides are collapsible, they bow out if you don't have something wide and flat against the side to hold it flat, like a clipboard or something. I have a picture of this included as well. This never caused any real issues, it just made me nervous. It feels like it'll break if you aren't careful about how you organize what's inside. In hindsight, I feel like this contributed to the handle breaking. 4) The handle that you pull the cart with is insanely flimsy. It wiggles and bends and is held together with cheap plastic. If you try to push the cart in front of you because you're trying to get out of a tight space (my classes are on the third floor, so I have to get out of the elevator like this if there is anyone else inside. It's not very maneuverable, so turning it around isn't an option in a small space) the handle will collapse back into itself without even pushing the button. Again, not a huge problem, but I feel like this could cause issues down the road. That is, if the handle doesn't snap in half first. I only had 1/2 of the supposed weight limit and I had to be careful about leaning it back to roll it. Overall, not a great product, and I personally don't think it was worth the money spent. If you don't have any stairs to deal with, this may work perfectly fine for you. Just be careful about picking it up to put it in the car -- maybe hold it from the bottom instead of the handles. I would absolutely not recommend putting more than 50 lb in this thing, but apparently more than 30 lb or so will end up making the handle snap. ... show more

  • Handles broke getting it out of my car
I’m a traveling therapist, so I purchased this to carry all of my assessments between locations. The pockets are very useful for extra storage and I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to transport light materials. My complaint is that it broke in multiple places in a very short span because the plastic handles weren’t durable enough for my needs. They broke the first week when I tried lifting the cart out of my car. ... show more

  • Get it. You won't regret it
What I liked about this product is that the handle collapses down (much like a suitcase handle) which makes it much easier to store under a shelf than many other carts. Second, it is durable. I've had it and used it for many months and it looks brand new. Third, it is versatile. The pockets make sense. It's not particularly heavy and could be used to tote many things (i.e. crafts, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, car washing items, etc.) Good product and a good price. ... show more

  • Flimsy, broke within one week of use
I purchased this for my wife several weeks ago, but she only just started using it last week. Seemed to be a good value, the insert with all the pockets is very useful, but it did feel flimsy from the start. Yesterday while heading the car the handle part broke at the cart, and could not tilt to back to roll it out, had to pick it up and carry it to the car. Very disappointed for less than a week of use for that high of a cost. There has only been 30-40 pounds of weight in it at any time. Fortunately her old one, that is over 4 years old, is still usable. ... show more

  • Very versatile
My wife uses this every day - Teacher who currently has to cart things back and forth from school to home and back due to covid school restrictions. An added bonus was the sleeve of pockets - can fit SO much more in this box because of that. This pocket sleeve is a much better option than having a lid for this box. ... show more

  • Not as sturdy as I had hoped
Super easy to assemble, but the sides are too loose.

  • A lifesaver as I move from classroom to classroom!
This has great organization with large pockets on three sides, marker, pen and pencil holders and a large main pocket, moves well, and fits a lot including my large awai bluetooth speaker. As a choir director during covid, I've had to move to larger rooms and outside. An amazing price for such a useful rolling cart. The only drawback is the velcro inside that is designed to help keep folders upright doesn't always stay in place. ... show more
