Got this for my 8 year old who needs a little extra fiber. She doesn't LOVE the taste but does eat it without complaint and that is saying a lot for this picky one. She takes 1.5 tabs daily and they do help. She has braces and the gummy ones don't work for her.

I have been using these for years. They have a good flavor and are not overly chalky which is great. They are chewable and didn't bother my stomach when I take them without food.

These are good, taste and texture don’t offend, they just don’t actually contain that much fiber. Good however for a small amount of supplementation.

The product doesn’t actually contain a whole lot of fiber. Yes it’s easy to chew and the taste isn’t bad, but the ingredients are garbage and terrible for you. It has red 40, yellow and blue dyes, stuff that’s known to cause stomach cancers I find that ironic that it’s included in a fiber supplement. ... show more
