I don’t always eat right and I seldom drink enough water so yes, constipation has been an ongoing issue. But fiber supplements are for old people; they taste bad and they’re gritty, right? Wrong! I tried these when a nutritionist gave me a sample. (Give me a break; I’m trying to do better before I AM old). I didn’t waste any money buying them so what’s to lose? I wish I had tried them sooner. I mix one a day in water with a Liquid IV. Instructions say 16oz bottle I believe, but I’m using a 50oz. I’ll usually drink a second bottle with a flavor added and am trying for a third, but some days easier than others. These are “to go” packets/sticks so they’re easy to stuff in a pocket as you dash out the door. I’ve now joined the ‘regular’ club and will remain a member until I improve my diet and can maintain on my own. If not, I’ll be back, but without hesitation this time! ... show more

Have been using Benefiber as directed by my gastro doctor for 5 or 6 yrs now, works great and the individual packets are super convenient (especially when traveling). My only complaint of late is that, when I started buying the 15ct box, it was extremely affordable in the $5 range. But NOW, it's shot up to almost $10 a box here on Amazon and from other retailers. Guess the Benefiber ppl decided too many people liked & bought their product so might as well double the price. It's the way of the consumeristic world, unfortunately. Having to secure 25g of fiber a day is not an easy task when you have to travel a lot for work. On the other hand, traveling with powder stuff is always an issue, not to mention the bad flavors, or the challenge to dissolve most of the fiber supplements. This is not the case with this supplement. It’s easy to carry, dissolves quickly on beverages and does not leave much flavor in most of them. I mix it into soups, crepe batter, latte, and even in some water for a quick shot. Great value for the price! ... show more

The serving size is a little bit small but it dissolves good (be sure to mix it for at least 30secs) it does not taste at all, what you are going to taste is only what you are drinking as base. You can’t feel it but it does the job. Belly feels really good the day after.

Hahha my wife is regular now! I'm an RN (RETIRED) and she was having issues. I know benefiber is the best one out there. No gritty horrible orange taste...adds to her smoothie and now is regular. I keep ordering this one and the individual packets style.

My husband been taking this product for good decent time. I usually buy it from local stores. But most of the time this product is out and have to shop around to check multiple places if this is available or not.Now just want to try this online.Product received on time. In the beginning this product was ok and as the days passed by my husband is struggling with a lot of gas and his stomach hurts very bad. Not a good experience 😕. ... show more
