The chairs and table are well made and a great value. The chairs came with pretty decent fasterners and some cheap tools for assembly. Normally, I throw away most cheap Chinese fasteners and replace them with quality ones made in the USA, but these chairs had very nice ones. Assembly was a little bit of a challenge as the pictures in the assembly manual were a bit confusing LoL The assembled chairs and table are sturdy and very high quality. I would purchase them again. I did have to contact the seller, as I ordered these on 17 August 2023, and as of yesterday (5 September 2023), they still had not arrived. Apparently, the problem was with FEDEX, which if I was to review FEDEX, I would give them zero stars. These chairs sat in FEDEX's shipping warehouse from 18 August, until 1 September, without any movement, or updates. As is the case with some FEDEX shipments, the box was damaged upon arrival to my home, but thankfully, everything in the box arrived unharmed (unlike another FEDEX package I received last week, that was totally crushed). Although the delay was not the fault of the seller, they voluntarily offered a few dollars back to us, which was totally unnecessary, but still a nice gesture. So in summary, five stars for the chairs and table, and if I could rate the seller, a solid six stars are in order! I will purchase from them again in the future. Especially if they use UPS next time!

Nice comfortable chairs. A little tough for 1 person to build. One chair is perfect but the other is a little tough to swivel. That same one also has a weird sound when rocking. But over all a really good buy.

At first, I kept them inside for two months just because they were too pretty to put outside. Finally I moved them outside and they are beautiful on my front porch as well. I love them!

Chairs & table appeared to be great, perfect what I wanted ! Except for 1 thing, no bolts/screws to assemble. Contacted Amazon & “tried” to contact company. Amazon offered to replace if I would ship product back, not an option. Got several emails from company if I would contact them as to problem! Tried to email & would not go thru. Asked for a phone # to contact & nothing! I have a pile of chair & table parts in garage with no way of using! All I needed was the missing bolts/screws. I’ve given up on trying to get them! Would probably given 5+ stars if could have gotten the missing parts. Never been treated this bad from Amazon & I purchase many items from them!. Just received bolt pkg needed after getting in contact with the correct CS people. They were fantastic,part of the problem was how I was trying to contact them. When you get into contact with the right people things work 100% better. I totally change my review to 5 star & highly recommend the product. Definitely would purchase again!

The chairs are roomy, wide and have a tall back. I’m 5’6. The instructions were clear and I put together myself (64 yo woman). There was one damaged piece and customer service responded fast and I had the new piece in a week. Highly recommend. And the table is nice and heavy and all pieces are really sturdy. Recommend it!
