The piece itself is absolutely beautiful! It’s a good size and the piece itself is quite heavy/sturdy. I did have an issue with the drawers, the ball bearing piece from the sliders broke within a week of building it and the first time I opened the drawer. The reason I rated this 5 stars is because of the customer service. I have never received better service from any other company I’ve ever dealt with! When I contacted them I wasn’t sure what to expect but their responses were promote and they allowed me time to research things and didn’t rush me through figured out what I was going to do with the damaged piece. It’s a nice cabinet and will serve its purpose but it does not go with my color scheme. iT IS NOT GRAY it’s is a RUSTIC BROWN. Color description needs to be changed. Very misleading. The advertise picture is gray but not what they send to you

I put it together myself and it took about 4 hours but I work slowly. At one point another person would have been helpful but not essential. End result was very good with everything fitting together well. It provides great storage for all kinds of things. This isn't high quality furniture but just veneer and press board but it looks nice and it is a very good value. I am happy with it. ... show more

It’s a beautiful sturdy cabinet, but definitely a two person assembly job at times. My first package arrived with one of the main parts damaged, but I contacted the seller immediately. They made it right and had a replacement shipped to me within a week. The size is perfect, fits right under the sill of my dining room window.     • The drawers don't fit properly

I bought this sideboard to replace 2 other pieces of furniture that are getting old. Those other 2 pieces had 3 drawers between them. So I really wanted a piece with 3 drawers. The sideboard is very nice looking however it is incomplete. The drawers won't install properly. I have talked to customer service and they refered me to their "Tech Support". Which was just another part of customer service. By email I had contact with 3 or 4 different people. Was told they do not know how to assemble their products. I was sent a video of a drawer being installed which was not anything similar to the drawers in this sideboard. This is not the first piece of furniture I have assembled in my life. I'm 63 years old and have assembled quite a few pieces. It was very easy to put together until the drawers. The drawers are assembled but won't slide into the drawer slides. I brought up that the perhaps the problem was the drawer slides but wasn't offered any replacement parts as advertised. After about 2 weeks they finally said they would give me back half of my money and I could keep the product as is. Now I don't know what to put in the middle. If anyone reading this has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I have had a few different people try to install the drawers and they can't get them in either. Very disappointed. ... show more
