Even with the lights to the highest brightness, the keyboard lasted for hours while I wrote to others. if you plan on interacting with the world outside of Apple, do not buy this. In principle, this is a wonderful product, reasonably priced with good features and build quality. HOWEVER, there is apparently no support for an ESC key or equivalent. This is a major miss and makes working with virtual desktops for Windows environments difficult/impossible. I realize this is an Apple oriented product, but even in this space, many/most keyboards have a way to generate the equivalent of an escape keypress. This oversight makes this keyboard an interesting toy, but quite useless for me. This is what I ended up with after interacting with support both through the website and their phone number. Buyer beware - make sure you research your specific use case with pre-sales support BEFORE buying.

This literally is so amazing, you can treat it just as a normal laptop easy to use keys and I thought that since it was magnetic it my iPad would fall right out if I tried to carry it, NOPE literally stuck in place, unless your purposely trying to take it off, it’s so easy just tap your finger and go, I thought that it wouldn’t close all the way because of a different review but it works amazing, also thought it would be hard to pair but all I did was put my iPad in and went to Bluetooth and it automatically connected. Y’all NEED this if you’re thinking about buying this or the Apple one… this one all the way. ALL THE WAY. DO. IT. 👏👏👏 (also the keys light up)

Purchased this keyboard case for my wife’s IPad 10. Did have some concerns after seeing some videos of the ipad slipping down basically the magnets not holding. Happy to say it holds in place just fine with no issues. Backlit keys function great so no complaints. I would recommend this keyboard case to anyone needing one for their IPad 10.

There are other more expensive side cases - paying Apple the usual brand tax for their case doesn't seem to justify the Apple logo - case looks good, fits perfectly and works really well. Keys work like a full size keyboard with tactile feel that allows for prolonged use. Recommend it.

Overall, this was one of the first iPad 10 cases that came out. It also has the look of the apple case. However, it's not a good case. It's a very expense yet poor performing case. 1. you frequently must "reconnect" the case; the purpose of the case is a type pad case. This does work much of the time, and it's nice for those features 2. the case does look nice, which is a plus Unreliable: 1. we recently had several buttons stop working; contacted manufacture, but it was no longer covered; for such a high price (over a hundred dollars for a single keyboard case), this was very dissapoingting. 2. the keyboard does have a "cheap" feel to it; it's plasticey, the keys feel low quality - sort of what you'd expect if you'd paid perhaps $20 to $30 [not the $120 I paid new]; as this was one of the only cases when the iPad 10 came out, I went with this and sort of lived with the poor feel / build (even though it has a premium price!) 3. several keys just stopped working; that was a bummer but figured given the high price this would be covered, but no, they did not take care of the repair Summary: a high price for a relatively low quality build product; I did use the case for probably a year and a half - not the life I would have expected (I have a "Belkin" case from my prior ipad which has a nice keyboard and is still kicking... probably around 10 years old... kids use it now :-)). I'll most likely be switching to a similar price but much higher quality Logitech case.
