I was searching for an inexpensive sofa to place in a 2nd bedroom and this seemed to fit the bill despite very few reviews. I was looking for a grey fabric sofa under $300 with shipping and couldn't find anything at furniture stores nearby. I wanted something long enough for a few people to sit on or one person to sleep on if needed. The sofa arrived completely disassembled in a large box with minimal padding. The package weighed a little over 100 lbs and is somewhat awkwardly shaped so getting a good grip is difficult for one person. I would recommend a cart or dolly if a 2nd person is not available to assist. Unpacking was pretty straightforward, the box contained multiple pieces. The included tools/screws and some of the parts are located in the back sections of the sofa under a velcro flap. The cushions come vacuum packed to save on space. After confirming I had all the parts and nothing was damaged I unsealed the cushion's vacuum packaging and allowed them to return to their original shape. Assembly was fairly simple, the instructions recommended 2 people but I managed to put it together by myself with my dog's supervision. Be sure sections align properly before screwing them in place, I had to disassemble and reassemble a few spots that were misaligned due to my negligence. Overall, the sofa works as intended. The seat cushions are firm and have a little give. The biggest issue is the back cushions, they're way too thin for any real support; they should have been twice as thick as what is provided. You can also feel the hard backing of the sofa through the cushions. I had to apply some extra padding with a blanket to make it more comfortable. The color of the actual sofa is a little darker than what's pictured in the listing but it still worked for my setup. The fabric covering the sofa is nice and smooth. For something less than $250, this sofa suited my needs. The sofa in my living room is significantly nicer and more comfortable, but it was also more expensive.

It is a nice sofa which was easy to assemble. Nevertheless, the cushion haven't inflated the right amount and it turns the sofa to be very uncomfortable

The color did not match the color on the web page. We were dissatisfied with couch, but couldn’t get a prepaid return label and our cost to return it would have been more the price of the couch, so we kept it. Not satisfied in the least.
