With my first baby I had a Medula pump. I absolutely loved it, the suction was great and it was easy to use. I gave that pump to a friend before I found out we were expecting baby number 2. Since she was still using it, I didn’t want to ask for it back. I did my research and came across this pump. Since it is priced lower than most pumps I was skeptical that it would be a great product. Since I was needing a hands free pump for work I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a pump for home so I gave this a shot. I love that I do not have to be attached to the wall when using this pump. Since the pump connects to a wide mouthed bottle it fits perfectly on my avent bottles. In my experience the charge holds for multiple pumping sessions and the battery icon reminds me to charge when needed. The suction has been great, comparable to the Medula I had. It is louder than other pumps but since I’m only using it at home I do not mind. This pump has been a great pump, and even better for the price! I recently recommended it to a coworker that just found out she is expecting and I would recommend again to anyone! ... show more

The pump is okay, the suction is strong. The battery last an 8 hour shift at work; pumping every 2 hours for the full 30 minutes. Downside, they didn't come with the silicone cover for the flanges. I went to buy silicone flanges, when I saw this pump was supposed to have some included. I looked through the box 3 times, unfortunately they weren't included. ... show more

I have the spectra 2 and let me say this baby Bella at a quarter of the price.. does the job great! The suction is amazing, the settings pull a lot of milk out. Half the time that the spectra does and it charges so you don’t feel like your hooked up to a wall. I’m a pump exclusive mom.. so I’m hooked up a lot. Inicialmente el extractor trabajaba bien pero com el tiempo el vacío que genera no es bueno. A veces solo funciona uno de los lados y tuve que optar por extraer un seno a la vez tapando uno de los extremos de la manguera. El embudo más pequeño es de 21 mm, así que si tienen un pezón más pequeño deben comprar un adaptador, de lo contrario puede resultar doloroso extraer la leche. Muchas piezas para lavar y si eres de la que te extraes varias veces al día puede resultar en una tarea agotadora. Este tipo de extractor requiere un sujetador para tener libertad de movimiento. I'm getting started in a job as a wet nurse and was looking for a reasonably priced beast pump to keep my breast milk flowing for the foreseeable future as I go between placements and off time. I wasn't expecting much from this pump for $60, but I was pretty surprised once I received it. The suction range and modes available are perfect for my needs. I think the best feature is that I can start out with a low level and go up once "let down" begins. The battery seems to last me about a day and a half pumping every 3-5 hours. However, there are a few things that need tweaking to make this even better. 1. The rubber tubes need to be a bit longer. Also, the tubes are very easy to collapse if you bend a fitting wrong or whatever else. I'm considering buying some food-grade tubing that is thinker and longer to remedy this problem. 2. While the USB charging is wonderful, putting a barrel plug on the device is not well thought out. First off this means I can't use just any USB charger, I have to make sure I have the specific plug that came with the device. Second, the user manual even acknowledges that some people accidently plug the rubber tube into the charging port - changing the plug would prevent that. This just seemed like a pretty huge oversight by the designers. 3. The controls need tweaking. a. I can see how pressing and holding to turn on would make sense. I can also see how one tap and it's off is a good idea for safety. However, several times already I'm in my lazy chair and while adjusting I accidently tap the top of the device and it turns off. b. The auto-shutoff after 30-minutes is also a great touch, however, not everyone pumps for 30 minutes. Being a newer breast pumper, my doctor has recommended I pump for 10-20 minutes depending of the flow. As too much or too long of pumping could cause damage. I've fallen asleep twice while pumping and it would be great if the device had a custom auto-shutoff timer. c. I like the adjustable suction, but why only one direction? It would be wise to add up and down buttons for the modes. So instead of me having to go up to come down would be a benefit. I sometimes accidently tap one of those buttons and I need to remove the cup to go around or I would hurt myself. Anyway, great device but needs tweaks. It's worth the buy. ... show more
