Love this coffee maker! It doesn't have an off/on button so you control that by plugging it in and unplugging it. Very easy to use. Makes the coffee no issues and is not loud when it makes it. I love the single cup tray just pulls down and then you can push it back up when not in use.

I was VERY impressed with this coffee maker. Especially for the price. First it looks so beautiful on the counter. Love the color. Only brand with one this color. The coffee comes out really hot and stays hot. The taste is great. The only complaint is there is no on off and it’s supposed to turn off automatically in like 2 hours but unfortunately it does not so you have to unplug it. But not a big deal. There is no clock or timer. The only other thing the single brew basket is small. Their single brew only coffee maker has a bigger carafe. If you like it single and strong that may be an issue, get the single brew. But if you want a whole pot, it’s perfect tasting coffee every time. ... show more

I bought this coffee maker on May 7th and it broke on July 11th. It won't even turn on. My 20$ coffee maker lasted 9 months. Would not recommend this product.

This Bella coffee maker is awesome! It is absolutely perfect for my kitchen aesthetic, the size is just right, the color is beautiful, and it looks far more expensive than it is. I’ve only used the carafe feature so far, but it brews great coffee and has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I haven’t tried the single-serve or over-ice functions yet, but if they’re anything like the rest of the machine, I’m sure they’ll be fantastic. This is actually my second Bella purchase. I previously bought the Bella air fryer and absolutely love that as well, so I’m quickly becoming a fan of this line. Their products are functional, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely cute something that’s surprisingly hard to find in kitchen appliances. If you’re looking for a coffee maker that performs well and enhances the look of your kitchen, this is it. You won’t be disappointed. This is a good coffee pot with only a few drawbacks. The machine was easy to set up and figure out, and it was all packed neatly and tightly. Don't be worried about the manual mentioning a magnetic piece for piercing the tops of pods: it seems to now be a standard part that doesn't need to be put on or taken off. The machine is quiet, only making a hum that is easy to talk over, and brews hot coffee quickly. However, if you aren't using it every single day (I bought this for after school tutorial as a treat for my students), you need to take care to dry the machine thoroughly after every use! The water reservoir itself is fine (although misleadingly shiny on the inside) if a bit difficult to dump out, but the basket area keeps water in it like a swamp! The included reusable basket has a solid bottom, not mesh, so brewed coffee will just sit in there and might splash you when you go to dump it, and for some reason water just does not completely drain out of the basket holder, instead clinging to all of the little flutes in the plastic. Also, be careful with the single-serve water measurements. Selecting the smallest 8 oz serving overflowed the 8.5 oz cups we had! Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The narrow size means I can easily store the machine in one of my cabinets, and I like that I can get a pitcher of hot water for hot cocoa or tea out of the same machine that my students can easily use to brew individual servings of (decaf) coffee and feel a little bit like they're in a fancy coffee shop instead of an old concrete block classroom. ... show more

Returned this. It looks amazing, good quality and works fine, but like others have said, it is LOUD. I thought maybe some were just being sensative but no. The water pump is so loud my dog ran from the kitchen terrified. Also, it only has a 2 hour warmer. If those things don't matter to you, then this is great. ... show more

There were so many coffee makers to choose from & all seemed similar, so I picked this because I liked the color. This item was “open box” which means I paid less. It doesn’t turn off, so I have to unplug it after each use. Other than that, no other problems. It has some features, I.e. one cup option which I do not use.
