Terrific single-cup coffee maker
I love this coffee maker. It is very well designed. A small countertop footprint. A water tank that is located on the side of the machine so you can see how much water is left and easily remove compared to machines where the tank is in the rear. It also works very well and is easy to operate. There’s a k-cup basket and a grounds basket. Put the coffee in and your choices are 6, 10 or 15 oz cups. It makes the coffee quickly and quietly and heated to the right temperature. This is not a machine with a lot of features, but if you just want single-serve cups of regular coffee, I can’t imagine what else I’d want. It’s also inexpensive. While I don’t know if it will be as durable as my last machine that broke after 20 years, I can afford to keep replacing it every few years at this price.

1 tablespoon at a time
Brand new out of the box and only 1 tablespoon of water comes out at a time. I tried reseating the water tank opening and closing the cup lid and unplugging it and plugging it back in. Always the same result 1 TBS. I called customer service got someone immediately and they said it was an internal dispenser failure. She recommended I return it. Amazon is awesome with returns so I put the order in. They're shipping a new one and I'll update my review when the new one comes in. ** Update** I received the replacement and set it up. This thing has been AWESOME! I use it everyday and my kids use it for hot cocoa and tea sometimes too. It's May '24 and I've never had any issues. I will add that I'm worried that repeated removal of the water tank will damage the little O-rings so I don't take it off. I use a cup to fill the reservoir. The cup size selection is kind of weird at 6oz, 10oz and 15oz and they are not true measurements. It's 6.5, 11 and 16 so dont think you can put a 16oz mug under there and have room to move the mug to the counter without spilling! We use the 10oz button for everything, totally happy with that.

Fast brewing with single serve options
I am a busy mom of 3 adult children living, working and studying from home during this pandemic. The single most important appliance in our home is a good coffeemaker to keep us all fueled and ready to go. The Bella coffeemaker is not new to me, but this updated version is much better than their previous versions. The best feature is the SPEED of brewing! After all, a few minutes in the morning counts, not to mention that my family appreciates the fact that they can speak to me sooner, now that this brewer does its job it 30 seconds flat! The quality is also much better than in the past as well. The traditional pod system in this brewer works great and the fact that you can adjust your cup height and ounces is now a standard in many single brewers. Some have the cartridge for using your own grinds, but this one is much better. The basket is larger, and the reservoir is a great feature. It’s perfect for a few people to grab and go without having to refill each time. The coffee is hot and fresh each time. I would recommend this coffeemaker to anyone who likes the convenience of a single brewer with the added bonus of a reservoir for a few cups and the ability of using your own ground blend. I do like a traditional pot for brewing 10 cups, but with everyone on different schedules, the coffee sits and eventually goes down the drain. This product eliminates waste and no messy paper filter is required. Happy brewing!

2nd Time was not a charm
This is my second time buying this coffee maker. Absolutely loved it and decided to buy another. Unfortunately it was defective. It heated up but tbe pump did not move the water from the tank to the heat chamber and kept turning off.

Does what it's supposed to do.
Unpacked this last night and set it up. I gave one of my kids my Keurig, which is digital, has more cup size options, is programmable and a larger reservoir, but I don't need all those options, and I didn't want to pay $200 for a coffee machine. This unit was exactly what I was looking for and the price is right. The design is uncomplicated. It fits even my largest travel mugs which my Keurig did not. Fill the reservoir, put your cup in and push one of three buttons. I wanted something to either use single-use pods or a filter to use my own coffee. This does that. It was a nice surprise that the filter holder is so easy to clean. The lid to the reusable filter is a bit flimsy so we'll see how well that holds up to cleaning. The water stream does sputter, so I was concerned about it spraying outside my cup. The drip tray has three height options though. So far my cups have been large enough to block any spray. I haven't tried my smallest cups yet. The instructions say to unplug after each use, but that could be cultural thing (in some countries they do not keep anything plugged in when it's not being used). The unit does have auto shut-off once the chosen brew cup size is filled. Overall, this unit fulfills my basic coffee-making needs for a reasonable price.

Fast Brew and Easy to Use
As a lover of both coffee and tea, I have wanted to try a Bella coffee maker for some time now. This single serve coffee maker came very attractively packaged with the option to brew from both ground coffee and K-cups. It is fairly compact too, so it is great in areas with limited space. I brewed both coffee and tea in it with excellent results. The aroma was amazing as was the flavor for both. The cycle for a 10 ounce mug was very quick (just over a minute), so this is ideal for rushed mornings when time is limited. It has the option to brew 6, 10 and 15 ounce servings with an adjustable height drip tray underneath to accommodate various mug heights and minimize splashing - a feature I really love! The water reservoir holds 40 ounces, so you can brew multiple cups without refilling. The only really drawback to this coffee maker was that the electrical cord is only two feet long, making it difficult to reach some outlets in my kitchen. Other coffee makers that I have owned have had at least a four foot cord. Other than that, I absolutely love this Bella coffee maker! I would definitely buy it again for myself or as a gift.

Overall, very nice single cup brewer
I bought this to replace one from another seller here on Amazon my daughter had bought me for Christmas .. it only lasted 7 months before the control buttons stopped functioning properly. Overall, this one appears to be a little better made and, so far, functions well; here are my pros & cons: Pros: 1. The water tank holds enough water for 4-5 8-10oz cups; I normally only have 2, but if I have a guest, this perfect. 2. The removable-adjustable rack allows for easy accomodation our 'regular' sized cups, our larger mugs & most of our travel mugs. 3. Easy, one button operation; simply press the button for the size cup you want to brew. 4. Brew quality/taste is good. Cons: There really is only one that I've found; you are limited to three brewing sizes - 6oz, 10oz & 15oz. Ones I've owned in the past have offered a few more selections, to include 8oz and 16oz - both of which I used primarily. If you look at the cup in the picture with 49er emblem, it is the size of most of coffee cups; our old 8oz setting would fill the cup leaving enough room for a little cream if used; the 6oz setting on this brewer fill it a little over halfway & the 10oz setting will overflo.

Not worth the money, even at this low price.
Updated: It needed to be descaled, so I did it. Worked ok afterwards for 2 cycles. On the 3rd one I opened the top and steam burst out and burned my right hand. No blisters, but the skin has been tender and pink for a week. I bought a new one, different brand. This machine was convenient, but it's just not durable enough to last a full year. Waited a few months so I could review this knowledgably. Not a fan. The price was good, the size and location of the water tank are good. Comes with the k-cup holder AND a cup to make your own k-cups (that's what I use the most). BUT - the size (in ounces) of your coffee will vary a little bit, which can be awkward depending on your cup size. And I find myself having to slap the top of the machine towards the end to get the darker water to come out, otherwise the coffee tastes weak. Sometimes a LOT of steam comes out of the top, which was alarming the first time I saw it. I thought it was smoking. I've had grounds pass through at times, but not very often so that's not a huge issue. Wouldn't buy it again, and I've been tempted to ask about the return policy.
