All three of these wood shelves are in different sizes and support different weights. You can use them to show off keepsakes, such as collectibles or photos. They also can effectively display books or other items. They are made of sturdy MDF wood and have a sophisticated white finish. The large measures 9x9-inches, medium measures 7x7-inches and the small measures 5x5-inches; holds up to 12 lbs., 10 lbs. and 8 lbs., respectively. This is such a stunning set of shelves. I risked it and bought 2 and I’m so so happy with them. They really spruced up my room since I’ve been trying to decorate the walls and I’m ecstatic with how it came out. I don’t have a power drill but if you know how to do it manually, it’ll probably take you half an hour like it did for me. But super easy to do just a little time consuming without a drill lol. Otherwise they were very carefully packaged and have no damages on them when delivered! I love how they came out and I can’t stop smiling. They even provide little cut out of the exact size of the shelves so you can plan it out first and mark The areas where then nails need to go which is so sensible. When you put them on the nails, you have to pull the shelves down a bit to secure them on and it’s sooooo sturdy, I can put so much on it without worrying abt it’s stability which is all I can ask for. Very cute shelves. They come with little blueprints that help you hang them up (the blueprints show you exactly where the holes are, so you can drill directly through the blueprint into the wall to make sure the holes will line up with the actual shelf). They also come with a few little tools, including the tiniest level I've ever seen (I love it dearly). I originally bought them to have a lamp and an alarm clock hang on them above my bed. They're also really nice even if you don't hang them. I previously had them on the walls, but when I did some redecorating and took them down, I ended up setting them on top of some other shelves. It was supposed to be temporary, but I ended up really liking it, because it adds another dimension to the shelves. So I can have something on the right and left of the big, main shelf, then I can put one of these little Amazon shelves in between those two items with something inside it and something on top. I love love LOVE these boxes, and they brought my decorating vision to life. Purchased these to add a little something to a little zen relaxation corner we've been working on in our living room. Intend to place a few tiny succulent pots and knick knacks on them. So yes, they're cheap, they cost $11 and ARE cheap. I knew I could have bought something of higher quality, but couldn't afford it right now with buying a bunch of stuff for the project at once, and these will do just fine. Mine don't appear to be used or have bad gouges in the paint like some people got, thankfully, but the finish isn't high quality or anything, which again, couldn't expect it to be. When standing a few feet away, as most people in our house would be, including us most of the time, they look exactly like I imagined, stylish and espresso color to match our furniture. I can't speak to installation issues, using Command strips to hang mine, but appreciated the little included level! I'd recommend them as long as your expectations are reasonable, if you want more pay more, but I think they're perfect for this use.
