As stated, the sections of the sofa do not stay together and separate when someone sits or lies on it, making it unusable both as a sofa and as a sleeper. This is a functional defect, not a minor issue. The offer of $100 and a suggestion that I purchase materials to fix the product myself is not an acceptable resolution.
