I’m following up on my previous complaint regarding the sofa I purchased. As stated, the sections of the sofa do not stay together and separate when someone sits or lies on it, making it unusable both as a sofa and as a sleeper. This is a functional defect, not a minor issue. The offer of $100 and a suggestion that I purchase materials to fix the product myself is not an acceptable resolution. I have never loved a couch more. So soft and though it sits low, it's perfect for movie nights with my projector. Wide seating, wide back rests for my cats to have a place to lay behind me, I can also set a plate of food on the arm rests. It came in 2 slender boxes vacuum sealed and with cutters to open them properly. 4 throw pillows, 3 layers of foam to sit on, 2 back pillows and 2 side pillows.
