I have been wanting a sectional sofa for a long time and searched high and low to find a sofa that had clean lines with no extra fluff and reasonably priced. I had never purchased a large item like this off of Amazon, so I was skeptical and carefully read each review and question on Amazon; I also read the company's page from beginning to end including the watching the videos. I decided on the blue U-shaped sectional with six seats. I also bought two extra armrest and two extra pillows. (one of the armrest is not shown in my L-shape configuration photo, it will be used later when I decide to make two separate sofas). I was impressed by the storage under each seat and the back/armrests that recline, but most of all the versatility of the seat configuration. You can change the seating arrangement from left arm to right arm, U-shape, L-shape, with an ottoman (or not), two separate 3 seat sofas, or a four seat sofa and a love seat... or a single chair. Each one can stand alone without it looking like it should be attached. It took about a week to be delivered, it actually arrived two days early. Each seat arrives in a separate box with the pillow and legs stored in the chair. The armrests come in separate boxes. This is great for elevator buildings, smaller doorways or tight stairways! Each box is approximately 50 lbs. It was easy to put together by myself. Just screw on the legs, screw the brackets to the back/armrest and hook it on the seat. There is a metal bracket under each seat to secure the back/armrest. Each seat then connects with two metal brackets that you push into two predrilled holes under the cushion (so it's out of sight). To change the configuration, just pull the two brackets out and move the seat. It's really simple. The material is soft, it feels like micro suede, but it's velvet. The cushions are firm, but not brick hard. The legs are hard plastic. The seats are not as deep (back to front) as my old sofa, but it's enough to sit comfortably. This is not major, especially with all of the pros this sofa has. The price was great for all that this sofa offers. I've only had it for a week, so I hope it holds up for a long time. Another thing that I like, is that if needed, it's easy to replace a section without buying a whole new sofa! A set of legs was missing from my shipment; however, I informed the company's customer service. They were very responsive and sent the legs by FedEx in two days. I would recommend this sofa. In the photos, I first set it up L-shaped, right arm.... then I tured it to an L-shaped left arm, and separated the chair.

I purchased the U-shape Sofa 2 in grey, plus an extra ottoman and 2 more cushions. I am old, have arthritis all over, and I was looking for modular pieces for my small house with backs that didn't come up too high because these pieces are on walls with windows, and I didn't want the view obstructed. All I can say is perfect. Perfect. I am 5'4" and the seats are just the right height and depth; I don't feel like Edith Ann sitting in her rocking chair. The cushions are also nicely firm for my badly arthritic back, not too soft and not too hard. Deliveries happened over a couple days and one of the FedEx guys even brought everything up my front steps and put the modules into my front hallway for me. I used a 4-wheel dolly and "slid" the other modules myself, which might not work for steeper outdoor steps and old arthritic backs like mine. Hardest part of assembly was wrassling with all the packaging. All the arms/backs recline and return w/no problem, bend inwards first, then push outward to the desired angle. To return to upright, just slowly pull back to its original upright position until it "clicks" at the desired angle or upright. I watched a couple videos before assembling and took the advice to put the backs/sides on before connecting the modules and I'm glad I did. Plus, I now have 7 really nice screwdrivers that have the flathead at one end and the Phillips head at the other end. Beautiful soft gray color, comfortable seating. I will be using this for more a conversation grouping and didn't want theater-style recliners, but it's also fine for TV night. Love the storage and also the fact that I can use it for a spare bed when relatives visit. One of the holes that the leg screws into on the ottoman had a flaw - the outer rim of the opening wasn't aligned with the hole in the frame, so the leg screw wouldn't fit. No worries - Belffin sent me a new frame right away and I set it up with no problem. Great product, you can't beat this price for this quality, and Belffin's customer service is top-notch. I would buy from them again.

I replaced an old living room furniture set for this one. The reviews helped me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase online. We received all 7 boxes in one shipment, bringing came within 4-5 days after I placed the order (and this is during the holidays). We love the rich blue, velvet fabric. It was easy to assemble, I was able to do it myself. I have configured the setup a couple different ways as it is easy to move this around and change the layout. Everything seems well built and durable. The cushions are thick and dense, I will check back in a few months to see how they are holding up. My husband and I around 5’6” and the seat depth and height was perfect. I love all the storage that comes under each seat cushion. This helps to keep my living room looking organized. The only negative thing I can think of is the furniture sits too close to the floor for my roomba to get underneath. If this bugs me I can get a small riser to put under each foot. It just needs to be an 1” higher off the floor and the roomba could get under it.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a sofa/sectional online, without seeing it in person, but local stores had the same old stuff and for the price, I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. It arrived in 7 boxes, each one about 50lbs, so easy enough for one person to bring in and unbox. Assembly was simple and each module comes with it's own screwdriver, so I ended up with 6 of them - nice quality tool too. The modules are very well made and are very sturdy. The only thing that felt a little cheap were the feet which are plastic and not wood, but they still look good. Each of the modules are held together with very solid metal pieces, so they don't move apart at all once configured. The whole thing is rather heavy when assembled, so I would recommend assembling in place. After using it for a month, I'm impressed with the construction, it feels very solid, but still comfortable and I'm a large fellow. The arms double as backs to the seats, so they are a little low for my liking. Very comfortable for sitting, but not as much for napping. The arms/backs also adjust their angle, the mechanism is very solid, but I do see this as a point of concern over time. Overall, I would highly recommend this product, it's well built, looks good and very comfortable the modular design is a great feature and at the price point you really can't beat it. I would like to see a rigid arm/back module and a high back module would put this product over the top.

I am short and it is nice to find a couch where the bottom cushions are short enough that I can sit all the way back against the back cushions and still have my legs bent down at the knee in a normal sitting position. The backs recline but, to readjust the recline angle, you have to push it to its maximum recline and then bring it forward again. As I have it up against a wall few inches out, there isn't room to do that. As a result some of the sections end up partially reclined as people fiddle with them and others not and there is no way to readjust the recline without pulling the couch out from the wall. The separate back cushions are comfortable but aren't holding their shape (sort of squashing down a bit). That's a mixed blessing in that they are then more comfortable but not as pristine looking as new. The bottom cushions are only foam. We will see how they hold up. My experience with foam cushions it that foam looses its support with time and wear. Each section comes as a bottom unit and back that bolts on to either the back or a side. Pretty straight forward and easy to assemble. The sections are held together with bars with pins on either end which drop into pre-drilled holes. Easy, but the fit is a bit loose so the sections can move out of alignment a little. I don't see any safety information tags so I am not sure about fireproofing or whether the materials could cause allergic reactions to people. Cleaning instructions are to just vacuum and wipe with a damp cloth. Stain removal might be an issue. Needless to say, the extra storage is great to have. Since they look great and are comfortable, I am quite happy with them.

We've had this couch for about 2 years now and we already want to replace it. We genuinely hate it. As far as styling, it's too short so it looks like something from a college kids dorm room. It's shorter in person than how it appears in the photos. Especially with the seat backs lowered. For durability, the bottom cushions have never felt comfortable, and you can't replace the padding. After 2 years, the cushions we use the most are so flat you can feel the wood frame and the springs. And if you're unlucky enough to sit down in between two of the square seat sections, your tailbone will hit the frame. The cushions we don't use very often sit several inches above the rest, so as you eventually try to start shifting them around so that you use the ones that still have some cushion left, you can't lay across them without leaning up or down across them. And the bottom cushions are stapled to the frame, the padding can't be replaced. Would it have killed them to add a zipper? The back rests look like they'd offer flexible seating positions but in reality they're just uncomfortable, make it difficult to arrange a room due to needing to tilt them back to have enough room to sit, the pillows that go with them never stay in position so you'll constantly be adjusting them. And it always looks messy because none of the cushions ever just sit in a way that looks neat or tidy. Biggest waste of money. I've never felt like I've wasted this much money before. My wife and I both genuinely hate this couch but can't afford to replace it so we're stuck with it. The only nice thing that can be said about this couch is that it has storage under the seats. But it's unusable storage because we need to have a couch pad laying across it to keep it from killing our back. So we can't even get to the storage without removing the couch pad, which has elastic straps holding it down. I cannot stress this enough; it is a terrible couch. We weren't thrilled with it when we first got it, and we've continued to hate it more and more each day since. I'm genuinely shocked this company is still in business, still selling this ridiculous couch. They haven't even improved it's design since we purchased ours. It looks exactly the same.

I read a lot of reviews of people saying they used this in their family/play rooms, which made me nervous. Last time I bought a "play room" couch it was very uncomfortable and cheap. Which I guess is the point. You want something sturdy and replaceable when you're getting furniture for children, I guess. This was neither of those things. It doesn't look or feel cheap, it adds so much storage to my tiny apartment, and it's very comfy. I snuggle up on it almost everyday for a little after dinner netflix. I've used it as a guest bed several times and have passed out on it myself. It is a comfortable couch. My sister says the cushions are a little narrow. I agree with that. You really need to put two of the sections together for lounging. It's great for seating when I have people over for games or activities though. Update: I've had this couch for a few years now, and I'm just so impressed at how well it's holding up. I adopted a three month old puppy shortly after I got this, so it's subjected to daily abuse, and it still looks incredible. The company is also fantastic. I moved, and the movers misplaced all the connectors that hold the pieces together. I contacted the company asking if I could purchase some and they sent me replacements for free. I've got an extra bedroom I'm turning into a game room in my new house, and I'll definitely be getting a belffin for that room as well. Absolutely fantastic couch and company.
