I am so happy with my new couch! It is even more impressive in person than I could've imagined. My couch arrived in nine 50 lb boxes and it was incredibly easy to put together. There are so many features I love, I'll just list a few. It's comfortable, sturdy and the fabric is nice and soft. It seems very well built and made. Each piece is solid, the seams and stuffing are all very well done. There is a ton of storage inside each piece! Much larger than other couches I looked at. I like that the arm rests and back of each piece can be adjusted from upright to a reclining position. I also really love that I can change the arrangement of the pieces with relative ease and without help from anyone. I just moved in to a new house and had a huge space to fill in my living room. I could never have afforded a sectional big enough to fill my space from one of those over-priced furniture stores and besides no couch offered as many features as this one did!! I can also add on to it in the future as they sell each piece separately, which is amazing! Even if my needs change, I can alter the layout and then it into a couch, loveseat and chair if I wanted. I really couldn't be happier with my purchase! The customer service is also top notch, courteous and professional. I inquired about tracking numbers for my order to ensure I'd be home when the boxes arrived and someone got back to me within the hour with all of the info I requested. I ordered this couch to have the extra storage in the seating and I liked that the backs can be straight up or recline comfortably. The color has been perfect and works great with the protective cushion covers I got since I have dogs. I also love this couch can be designed in maneuvered in so many ways to fit the size and needs of my home. Additionally, Belffin was very easy to work with as there was an accidental duplicate shipment to my home, due to artificial intelligence issues…. I thought that the short backs on the couch might not be super comfortable, but turns out I rarely lean my head backwards when I’m sitting in the couch, unless I go to lay down or recline, and the reclining feature on these backs is perfect for putting me in just the right position of laid-back to be very comfortable . I just know this will make a nice spare bed when company comes over, and I’ve already slept on this couch twice and found it so much more comfortable than the couches I’ve had in the past to sleep on. It’s the perfect balance of soft and firm and the hardware components Keep each seat snug together. I purchased the 7-piece grey sectional sofa. I was a bit hesitant ordering online because I had a horrible experience with a Walmart seller on a similar item. I am EXTREMELY happy with this couch. All the pieces came individually wrapped in a secure cardboard box with plastic. The product was exactly as shown, exact measurements, fabric did not smell, and it was so easy to assemble in many various ways. The cushions are firm but yet soft enough to be comfortable and it actually provides a comfortable place to sleep as I've taken a few weekend naps on it. The material on the couch is very nice, but it can snag easily if you have cats. Since I own cats and dogs that like to sleep on the couch, to maintain the integrity of the material, I purchased the HYHA waterproof couch cushion covers that fit the seat cushions perfectly and make it easy to wash. So check them out! They are slightly darker in color but work perfectly. Just pull them off throw them in the washer and dryer and replace. As far as customer service - they are the best!! No "couch" potatoes with this customer service. When UPS delivered the sofa sections (in boxes), I watched the last box drop 5 feet from the truck and onto my driveway. Despite the driver saying it would be okay, the seat was smashed beyond repair. I emailed customer service that day, sent pictures of the damage, and within 4 days had a full ENTIRE seat replacement (and I did not have to go through the trouble of returning the damaged item - which did give me an extra back pillow as a spare). No harassment, just immediate follow-up with an email AND a phone call. They even sent the tracking number when it shipped. WOW! EXCELLENT customer service. Have faith in Belfin's products. They are true to form as shown on the internet, and they excel in customer service. I will definitely WITHOUT hesitation purchase from them again. Thank you Belfin for the excellent care. I've only had it a day, so I'll update if needed, but I'm loving this couch so far! Assembly went pretty well, only issue was the seat holes didnt want to line up with the brackets for either armrest. Every other piece went together just fine--either no resistance at all or just a little push in the right direction--but both arm rests were a total pain to install. Besides that, assembly was simple and easy. Every back/arm rest kit comes with extra brackets and screws, and a screwdriver and instructions are stowed in every main seat box. Took me about 2 hours to unbox, assemble, and clean up alone, but a good chunk of that was fighting the armrests. The couch is as expected. The backrest is extremely low, but I knew to expect that. My main seats are up against a wall so I can stack up cushions/pillows so it doesn't bother me. It feels a lot bigger than I'm used to, but it takes up the space differently from my old couch, so it makes the room feel more open. Couch is very comfy; everyone saying it was too firm must have had nice couches before. I replaced a 5 year old $600 Target sectional with this, and by this point that couch has no cushion left at all. This has a nice squish to it, but holds its shape so you don't get lost in it. Wonderful couch! Firm but comfortable but I like a firm couch. Easy to bring the boxes in on my own. Easy to put together. Great value for the money. Bought on Prime day so got it for even cheaper. Seller replaced a piece immediately. Will definitely consider this seller again. Had it for a month and still comfy. No issues. Highly recommend. Kids and cat approved. Only small complaint; not as deep as I would like but you can move the ottoman’s to fix that. ... show more

We still love the couch! It’s been a couple of months and these are our thoughts. Delivery was amazing, each couch piece comes in a separate box, detailed instructions and tools are included with each box. No additional tools are necessary for assembly. The couch is very comfortable we have lounged and slept on it many times and consider it broken in at this point. The recline feature is very handy and we enjoy reclining each piece as needed. We have noticed a bit of piling on the fabric but nothing too serious. I would watch out for rings/jewelry scratching against the couch to avoid this. The storage area can hold a queen size comforter and extra pillows. The hinges are well made and allow access to the storage easily. The couch can be configured many different ways. We decided in an L shape with ottoman end. There was an awkward empty space with this setup so we purchased an additional pillow from the manufacturer. I would recommend the couch to anyone, so much that we plan on purchasing another for our other living room space. Really good quality, very comfortable, and lovely customer service from the brand representative. 10/10 ... show more

I bought the six piece version that sets up like a u-shape with an ottoman in the middle. We all love it. The backs of the chairs recline so you can lay back and watch tv. Very cool feature and I think it is very comfortable. It is firm brand new, so if you prefer soft sofas, you may not like it at first. The cushions will likely break in over time, though. All of the seats and the ottoman flip open for blanket/extra pillow storage. I kept seeing ads for the Lovesac couches and thought they were really cool, but they were out of our price range. I found these belfin couches on Amazon and I think they are a very nice alternative. They were very easy to assemble, all you need is a screwdriver and it's included. I had the entire couch put together in an hour. The couch uses these little metal brackets to connect all the chairs to each other, and they are easily removed so the couch can be separated into individual seats for guests and parties. Very cool furniture. Wish I had invented it LOL. Great price and value for $1400 in my opinion. ... show more

This couch is comfortable! Firm but soft, love the fabric, plenty of storage, easy to assemble. Love that you can rearrange anyway you would like. Also, the customer service is excellent, we wanted to order extra pieces and they went above and beyond with care and help. Also, ships fast! All my order came together in one shipment. Overall I recommend this couch! One thing if I could change to make this couch better and they may change in near future would be zip off machine washable cushions the back pillows are zip off machine washable but not the actual seat would love to see it made that way for us with little kids that have accidents for a easy cleaning.
