Wrote a more detailed review that Amazon wouldn't let me post, so here's the short version - this is one of the few minis with two M.2 SSD slots, but there's two aluminum posts that sit between the M.2 SSD slots. If your SSD comes with a heatsink that makes it wider, it will not fit. There's a huge heatsink that sits on top of the two M.2 slots that uses those poles for mounting, and you would need to remove them in order to get a high end M.2 SSD in there. ... show more

It's just so quiet and silent that it feels unfair. With it being so tiny, it's even more mysterious. Incredible technology. Windows updates took me several hours but it got done. I did allocate an additional 4gb ram towards video. With fortnight running and a few other applications in the background, I noticed there was still 11.9 gb of total system ram available. I think that 32gb total system ram is going to be just fine if the user is only playing one tripple A game at a time, which seems a fair enough activity. Consistent 30°c CPU temp. I do not understand what all the "AI" designation is doing in the background, but experientially, to me, nothing. I don't get it... But this ser9 so far is just really incredible tech. I did not mess around with warranty and purchase Amazon's 3 Year warranty. Overall, really just ridiculous tech here. Amazing! ... show more

Not a very good ai PC. As of the time I'm writing this copilot+ does not work and this unit has been out for almost a year. Many of the common AI tools do not support the GPU as they want to use discrete GPUs. The NPU compatibility with tools is better but still not great. The less pricey units would be just as good. This is just getting you some chance of being future proof but that is questionable in my mind. ... show more
