Great bee hive. Love the fully waxed boxes that keep that natural look. And the observation windows are fantastic. Customer service is the best I've seen or had on Amazon. They followed up with me to inquire about my purchase since I ordered more than 1. I told them about a problem I had with 1 of the deeps. The wood split near the window. I havnt used the box but it would be fine with a little wood filler. And it may even have been my fault as it was the first box I put together. I made them aware I may have put too much pressure on 1 side causing the split. They werent satisfied with that answer and promptly sent me a new box to replace it. WOW! So they've earned both my trust and my business going forward as i grow my colonies. Thank you Jubinatural. This is a real review from a real beekeeper in Southern Arkansas.

Super nice. My daughter and I put it together in about an hour. We pre-drilled and put screws in the box frames just to make sure they won’t come apart. But the fit was so snug, probably did not need to.

Make sure you are a realitivly proficient carpenter. None of the piece are marked, but the instructions label marked pieces, so you'll need to navigate that. Would have made it simpler to mark the wood. In addition, putting front plates on is super delicate and WILL Crack! And laying everything out to make sure it's setup right is a must. Not for beginners with no experience.

Half of the medium frames would not go together correctly. They were too big for the foundations. ****Customer service was amazing and quick to react. They are sending out replacements for the pieces that did not work correctly.****
