Bought this because it's getting hot out but I'm still a big baby who can't sleep without a blanket. It's perfect! Keeps me cool when I'm trying to sleep in an 80 degree bedroom. I got another for my wife, and then 2 more for us to use as throws in the summer months.

This blanket is very cool but still cozy which is what I was going for. It's lightweight and soft. It's going to be a perfect summer time blanket. Very pleased with it. My only complaint is that the pattern gets caught up on my ring on occasion and my dogs nails. It hasn't torn or anything but I'm not sure how durable and long lasting it will be. Overall, I like this blanket a lot. It is a very soft, comfortable summer-weight blanket that I used until it turned cold this month. I wouldn’t describe it as cooling, as I don’t feel that it cooled me off but rather is very lightweight and didn’t add heat. It has a few loose strings which are easily cut off and it does snag if you aren’t careful. But the real negative is that the care instructions say to lay it flat to dry! Maybe there are people out there who have the space and inclination to do so, but I am not one of them. I dried it on low heat as a compromise, and it is fine. It has pilled after several wash & dries, but that is much better than a having a blanket I won’t use because I can’t dry it in the dryer. And I’m not certain that the pilling is a result of the dryer. I would recommend this blanket and suggest tossing it in the dryer at a low heat and not make your life unnecessarily complicated! ... show more

I am in love with this blanket. It's the exact color I wanted, it looks a little faded, which I like. The color online is pretty close. At first I was surprised at how light weight it is, it's thin. I was really excited when I unboxed the blanket because it was really soft and nice looking. I laid it out on my bed and within 2 days it had strings and snags everywhere. I have no idea how this happened.
