It's a beautiful bag—no doubt. It is very hard to open because I had to stick my nail in the seam and force it apart (broke my nail). I did not put much inside, but for some reason, I kept having trouble closing it. The chain they provided isn't really long enough for me. My ring was in the way of the metal strap, so I had to remove a ring in order to hold it. I love the bag but all night was irritated. ... show more
