This Bedsure queen-size adjustable pillow is the best thing that's ever happened to my chronic neck pain, and I have tried every kind of pillow available to me. One of the many things I like about the Bedsure brand is their products always arrive nicely packaged in quality branded packaging that gives their bedding the high-end, luxury presentation they deserve. It makes their products ideal for gifting. Upon opening the box, the items were packaged individually, and there was an instruction card printed on card stock. The design of this pillow is ingenious, as it allows you to adjust the height and firmness of the pillow using a three-part system. First, there is the encasement, which is super soft, high-quality quilted cotton that feels amazing. It is very well-made and strong with excellent stitching. The zipper is double-stitched and reinforced to last, but also smooth and easy to move without catching. Next, there is the down alternative lofty pillow insert that comprises the bulk of the pillow. Thirdly, there is a light memory foam mat that can go under the pillow insert to give your pillow more volume, height, and support. After deciding how you want to arrange the insides, you simply zip the quilted case closed, and it looks like a very nice, regular pillow, but it's not. It really has superpowers with its innovative, flexible design. Bedsure really did think of everything when making this pillow. There is even a zipper pocket so the zipper is concealed and won't bother you as you sleep. The first night I slept on this pillow was the best rest I'd had in a very long time. I usually wake up with a stiff neck and a lot of pain from an injury I sustained in a car wreck years ago, but this pillow really did help take the pain down a couple of notches, which makes this pillow totally worth the asking price, in my opinion. I highly recommend it. It's like sleeping on a cloud.

I used to be a down pillow snob, but after searching for a replacement, I was realized they are not making the same quality and feel, regardless of price. When I received the adjustable pillow, I was intrigued at the concept of using three pillows to create the best height for the way you sleep. I am not a stomach sleeper, but the 3" pillow would be great for younger children. You just insert the memory foam into the outer pillow. It is so soft yet has structure. To create the 5.5" inch pillow you insert the down alternative pillow into the outer pillow. I sleep on my back sometimes and I enjoyed testing this pillow. Both the cotton outer pillow and the down alternative pillow were so soft, that I didn't miss the down pillow. Since I am primarily a side sleeper was surprised to learn that I should have been using a 7" high pillow to keep my spine aligned and reduce shoulder pressure. I inserted the memory foam pad into the outer pillow and then added the down alternative pillow. The first few nights it felt strange to have such such a difference in height, but I realized my neck was not as stiff as it used to be. I like being able to customize the pillow height based on how I am sleeping. The pillow is well constructed with quality materials and is a great value. They took an innovative idea and turned it into a well designed product that fits individual needs.

The media could not be loaded. I love this pillow! It's the best pillow I've found for my neck. This adjustable pillow has three layers, each very unique in their style, purpose, and comfort. You can mix and match them to find your favorite combination. I like to sleep on my back with a little cervical neck support but without my head being pushed too far forward, and the Outer Pillow together with the Memory Foam layers are perfect! I also love that they are so soft and squish easily, so when I roll on my side, I can push some of the pillow backward to stack it for more height. And, when laying on my back, if I want a little more cervical support under my neck, it is easy to roll some of the edge of the pillow backward for extra height there too. It's a very adjustable pillow even without the third Blendtek pillow layer. Layers: 1) The memory foam does not have any odor or off-gassing. It is thin and adds a little bit of structure to the pillow when added to & zipped inside the Outer Pillow. 2) The Outer Pillow is heavenly! It has a boxed quilt type pattern to keep the stuffing in place. It is very squishy and flexible. I really could sleep on this layer alone and be totally comfortable. 3) The Blendtek Pillow layer to me is unremarkable. I think it feels a bit warm, and I cannot tolerate my head on such a high pillow. My husband likes the height of the pillow, and likes how soft and squishy it is. Craftmanship: Premium quality! I have other products by Bedsure, and they are all top-quality in both materials and craftmanship. Flawless. And, designed with great attention to details. The Outer Pillow feels luxurious, soft and cooling. My favorite bed pillow now.
