This mattress is excellent quality and value. I upgraded from a Queen to a King size bed and read many reviews. Now I am writing my review for this one. First, this mattress came quickly and well packaged. Once I got it unboxed I unwrapped it to reveal a very well made product. The instructions where clear and I had it airing up in no time. I could hardly wait the 3 days to sleep on it. My first night was great. It is supportive but soft. Very comfortable. I like the fact the manufacturer is confident enough in this product to provide a 10 warranty. That speaks volumes. My wife and I are happy sleepers on our new bed.

Do yourself a favor and buy this mattress! We have been wanting to upgrade to a King bed for months now but couldn’t bring ourselves to spend $800 on a mattress. After finding this online, we decided to hope for the best and order this one. WE LOVE IT. It’s pillow soft when you first get in bed, but has just the right amount of firmness for our backs and we get an amazing sleep all night long. I’m currently 6 months pregnant so I’m extra picky lately when it comes to sleep, and this mattress has done wonders for us! We let it inflate for 2-3 days before using it and it’s perfect. I would recommend this to everyone I know. Phenomenal price for amazing quality.

The mattress is supportive, but I'm going from a full memory foam to this hybrid and will say this is much more like a spring mattress. It says that it is Plush, but I would not really consider it to be plush, rather more towards the firm side. I've only had for a few weeks, but seems to be made well and unlock some of the memory foam mattresses it was to full size in a matter of minutes.

We have only slept on this mattress for a few days but so far it is divine! Fits in standard king frame. Sides are reinforced and do not give a great deal when you sit on them. Easy to get up stairs since it comes compressed. Delivery was horrible, however. Cameras show truck stopping in the road at the top of our long driveway and just dumping out in the culdesac. It is very very heavy and was a nightmare to get down to the house. They could have at least driven down the drive and dumped it at the house- plenty of room to turn around. Choose a different shipping company please!!

I purchased the queen size mattress for my second home in NC..it came early and it was opened up and let set out for 2 weeks because I was out of town for that time..when I set it up on the frame that took me way to long to construct, then after sleeping on it the first night, I was so surprised at how comfortable it was.. I prefer a super fluffy top , which it wasn’t really fluffy , but I purchased a fluffy topper and that definitely did the trick.. I payed quite a bit of money 3 years ago for a mattress at a local in Florida store and it sags , looks rippled across the middle and kills my back and hips..So I just ordered another one for my house in Florida to replace the pricey one that kills my back and hips.. I have purchased 3 mattresses in the last 10 years trying to find one that doesn’t cause me any pain..This bedstory mattress is by far the BEST Mattress I have ever bought..Would definitely recommend buying one.. I have slept on the mattress for 7 nights and this is the first time in my life that when I get out of bed everyday , nothing hurts..no pain at all.. 20 stars if I could.

This was a great purchase for us. It's a medium firm and nice quilted padding. Only took 24 hours to get fully formed after taking out of package. With coupon only paid about$250.00 and feels just like the one we paid$900.00 for. Highly recommend this mattress.

Nowhere near plush. Especially not extra plush. I read the mixed reviews and decided to order anyway. Unboxed, and this thing is very firm. Not comfortable at all. The "topper" section is misleading from the photos, as the springs take up more than 50% of what you are expecting to be foam topper above the springs. This mattress is inexpensive, however I am now about to spend an extra $80 on a 3" topper, just to make this thing hopefully work. The thought of trying to return a mattress is not what I would like to deal with, so will try to see if I can make it better with the topper, however I would not recommend this mattress at all if your goal is a plush mattress.
