It took only a short time to assemble by laying the parts on a table so I could reach it well. The main structure was in four hinged pieces that are unfolded and bolted together. The metal slats just slid into place after the main structure is bolted together. The cover goes over the top and holds the slats in and prevents them from falling out. Great box spring. Perfect height. This is a very well constructed item. It is also quite easy to put together for even one person. All the pieces fit correctly and there was not that one problem screw or hole. There is almost ALWAYS that issue. 🤣 I did expect a full cover. But it was all good as I put the frame and it's cover in an encasement to ensure protection from any potential threat of bed bugs. This was a perfect fit for our twin.

The box spring didn't take long to assemble. Everything you need is provided for you. So far it is holding up really well and is pretty sturdy. It's also is noise free which is a plus. I highly recommend.

I got exactly what I expected. Everything works and was delivered in good condition. My only issue (small and overall a non issue) is the Allen wrench they send for you to use. It is better than not having one but I suggest having a real set of your own. I have my own sets but used the one they sent to see how it holds up and it quickly rounds out and can start to strip screws. But I am very happy overall with the experience

Many twin XL box springs are the wrong size - look carefully before buying. This is the correct size, so it fits in the frame and the whole mattress is on it. It’s fairly thin, which my son wanted since he picked a thick mattress.
