This bed rail has been an incredible help for my mom, especially after her complete knee surgery on her right knee. It feels very sturdy and secure, and she is able to hold onto it very well when getting in and out of bed. It has given her much more confidence and support during recovery. The adjustable feature works great, and the rail stays in place without feeling loose or unsafe. It was a very good purchase for our family and has made daily life much easier and safer for her. Very easy to put together! Even have pics which is a big help! The rails when put together are strong and sturdy when placed with bottom rail resting on top of the slats of bed and then the added weight of the mattress (we have a platform bed but it’s a 4-poster and sits fairly high up - hence why u dont want to fall out of bed!.

Image is misleading this product is ridiculously short anyone with a thick mattress should not buy this we have a 13-in tall mattress and this entire armrest is fairly 14 inches the photograph must be showing in a mattress that is less than 5 in thick or they have changed the design. Also this product is of decent quality but certainly not as thick and dirty as I would hope it'll be okay for minor use limited weights but it's not Hospital quality. We have it fully extended as high as it can go and it barely crowns the top of the mattress.
