It works as it should, but I was expecting more. The one touch is not one touch, have to press the buttons on both left and right side once. The first product pic shows the whole thing was lowered when folded but it doesn't really do that. Beside the torn foam, the whole thing is very solid. Took about 15 minutes to assemble. When folded, the lowest point is about 11" tall and the left and right poles with the hinges are 13" tall. That may cause some inconvenience getting on and off the bed with some thinner mattress.
