I highly recommend this product and this company. We bought these bed rails (78.7x78.7x59”) to go on a queen sized bed for our granddaughter when she spends the night at our house. The order came very quickly but unfortunately one piece was not locking properly. I reached out to the company and they sent a replacement piece to my home within 2 days. Excellent customer service! The bed rails fit the bed perfectly and mesh sides are nice secure and taut yet still are able to see through if need be. The sides are high enough to protect her if she rolls in her sleep and yet I know she won’t be able to climb out either.

The item was easy to install and was unfortunately, 5 inches too big for my bed. These bed rails are very secure. I bought from them before. That’s why decided to buy again, but I measured the bed measurements wrong. But overall, very good quality for the money I spent.

Their manual promises support 24/7. However, the only form of contact is via email. The 2 large rods should be the same length or the panel will be square. If they do not reach out by tomorrow it's going back. Update. their 24/7 support is only an ink stain on the manual. I received no return contact from the company. This package appears to have been reassembled from various parts and pieces. Perhaps they are able to put together a good unit. But this is clearly not one of them. I was very disappointed that they really do not have any type of support. Back it goes and I will look to another company for a more quality unit.

I was really worried about the quality of these especially since I have a king bed that is high off the ground but these surprised me for the price. It was a little hard to put together for one person but sturdiness, height, and size are all perfect. I love that the height is adjustable as my baby grows. I feel so much better anytime my baby is on the bed.

Just trying to set it up was a nightmare. The instructions are the worst, none of the parts are label except for the parts that say left and right. That was the only blessing we got. A video on behalf of the company would of helped but they dont have that. This is the 1st night my kid will try it out, hopefully it goes well.
