I love vacuum trimmers. Very convenient and effective for facial hair and head. I've used the B&H ones for years but they tend to break down after a while as the plastic clips eventually wear out from the constant connecting and disconnecting of the trimmer heads and blade to clean. I'm hoping for better luck with this brand but it still requires allot of connect and disconnect of plastic pieces that may also wear out. Time will tell. This one provides option to use with or without the vacuum so that's handy, though I tend to always use it with the vacuum. Has a nice feels to it and easy to remove and clean chamber for the hair. This one was better priced than B&H and also seems to give more precise trimming without the trim head (blade only). Hoping for better longevity.

If you have thick curly facial hair longer than a ½ inch, this thing won't even touch it! Just glides right over , no matter what direction you go. After almost 5 straight minutes I had little patches here and there that looked shorter than the rest and maybe 15 hairs in the vacuum tank. I would not recommend personally and returned mine the very next day.

I don't even know where to begin to share what an incredible product this is! Our thirty one year old son has cerebral palsy and a tracheostomy tube in place. Shaving his beard has always been extremely difficult and scary for us. Getting hair into his trach site is very dangerous. Thanks to the amazing vacuum system, our worries are over. This shaver needs to be shared on Amazon with persons with disabilities especially those with tracheostomys in place. A huge thank you to whoever invented this amazing product!!
