Description

If your cat has had fleas, there’s a chance they have tapeworms too. Tapeworm segments look similar to grains of white rice and are visible when stuck in your cat’s hair under the tail or by the back legs or in their poop. It’s not always obvious that your cat has tapeworms, so the best way to identify a problem is through an exam performed by a veterinarian. Use Bayer Tapeworm Dewormer for Cats to treat your pet. Cats' everyday grooming behavior puts them at risk for ingesting fleas, which means a risk of tapeworms. Fleas can carry immature tapeworms, and they are the main source of tapeworm infections in cats. A cat that has been infested by fleas may develop tapeworms. Outdoor cats that hunt small rodents may be at risk of infection from tapeworms as well. In addition to treating with tapeworm dewormer, take steps to control fleas and rodents on the premises in order to prevent reinfection; Otherwise another round of the tapeworm dewormer for cats will be necessary. This is especially true in cases of tapeworms transmitted by fleas where reinfection is almost certain to occur if fleas are not removed from the animal and its environment. Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment and control of parasitism. Keep away from children.

  • Cleared the Problem Without a Vet Visit
When I noticed signs of tapeworms in my kitten, I needed something that worked quickly, and this did exactly that. The tablets were easy to administer, and I started seeing results shortly after treatment. What impressed me most was that even after my cat consumed the medication, it seemed to continue working in his system for about a week afterward. I continued noticing improvement and fewer signs of tapeworms days after the initial dose. For anyone dealing with tapeworms in cats or kittens, this product was effective, affordable, and saved me a trip to the vet. ... show more

  • works just fine never has harmed a cat of mine been using for years now
I been using these for my cats over the years, and never has made one sick or harmed any. You can literally see the difference in like 3 days after youve given them this, as you'll see their weight increase. I recommend these for sure if you cant get into the vets and/or afford their crazy prescription prices. If you got a cat that is hard to get to take a pill you can crush it up and put it in wet food. But honestly its always been easy to just grab scruff and pull their noses up to look at you and that should make them open their mouth a little bit and you just gotta be quick to get it in, best case scenario is you get a good flick on it and it goes way back in and it hits the automatic swallow function lol, any other case just try to keep their mouth shut and make them look up and rub their throat til they swallow. These dissolve fast, so make sure they swallow cause theres only 3 pills per bottle and ive had a few times where it seemed like they swallowed it only for me to let go and them spit it out and be to mushy to salvage. ... show more

  • This Product Is Golden
If your furbaby is having tape worms, this does the trick. Pill crusher helps a ton and put it in wet food or cut it in small pieces and give directly. What I've noticed is my cat is pooping and drinking more water than before. I got this when flushing him out, I noticed a similar white tiny piece that resembled tape worm segment. The constipation seems to be resolved. I'll continue to monitor. But I really love this product. I'll order more for "just in case" scenarios. ... show more

  • GOOD PRODUCT, BUT LAST ORDER CONTAINED ONLY 2 TABLETS--NOT 3.
We foster rescue animals and we keep a small supply of praziquantel on hand to be ready when needed. We had used this product before. When it arrived, we did not use it right away, and later when I opened the sealed bottle, IT HAD TWO TABLETS--NOT THREE. The box and bottle were labeled for three tablets. Some time had elapsed since I bought it and we needed to go ahead an use it, so I did not bother asking any credit or replacement. The product works, but I am concerned about the packaging. It seems they should have caught this. ... show more

  • Excellent product
We bought this tapeworm dewormer on advice of our Sister and it works every bit as well as advertised. Our kitty takes it with no problem; she can't tell it's in her food and it keeps her wormless. It's a great value for the money to keep our kitty healthy

  • Good product. Same as vets use.
Have used these tablets for all of my cats for years. These are the same as what my vet uses. Highly recommend for the health of cats & kittens. Good product.

  • Good quality product
It really helped my cats and the white warms I could notice in their back disappeared just after one use, recommending it for cat owners but you check for your cat allergy if any as I’m not a vet
